With more than 20 years of experience in the field of dentistry in both the US and internationally, Dr. Bikoi moved to the US in 2000 on a scholarship for an internship in clinical restorative dentistry at Loma Linda University. After the six months of training, she worked as a surgical and dental assistant before beginning dental school at Loma Linda University where she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2012.
Dr. Bikois extensive experience and training is instrumental in developing comprehensive treatment plans, thoroughly educating patients and providing quality general restorative, oral surgery, endodontic and cosmetic dentistry. Her experience includes providing a wide range of general dental care in both private as well as in community settings.
Dedicated to providing her patients with the most technologically advanced training and technology, Dr. Bikoi completed two continuing education programs: a one-year externship in implant dentistry, and an 18-month residency in occlusion and minimally invasive dentistry.
We are ready to get back to work and to see everyone that we have missed so much! We hope this letter finds everyone healthy, happy and prepared to ease back into regular routines. We are all still coming to grips with the COVID-19 pandemic and events triggered by it. We want to update you on our office, its measured re-opening, and the steps we are taking to ensure we do everything possible to keep our patients and our team healthy.
We are so grateful for every one of our patients, and this time away has only served to make us even more thankful for each of you. You are the life-force of our practice, and therefore we are taking your safety VERY seriously. We ask for your patience and understanding. Expect that your treatment progress has been delayed, as has your estimated completion time. We wish that were not the case, but it is. Please forgive us as we are focusing on getting each of you back on track while not exposing our team members or patients to unnecessary risks.

I just wanted to say this was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. I had 3 wisdom tooth extracted and due to the Amazing Dr. Bikoi i was able to lighten my discomfort with going to the Dentist. She's knowledgeable, passionate and presents info so well that those with no dental knowledge get it.I just wanted to say thanks for the great experience and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back for any dental work that I may need in the future. Also the staffs are all Amazing!!! and will make you feel like your at home with good energy all around so thanks for giving me the opportunity to experience this.

I absolutely love Artistic. The people are among the kindest I've met. It literally feels like I'm seeing good friends every time I go back -- and I'm not usually one who enjoys the dentist! The actual dental work is just superb as well. I had all sorts of problems with previous dentists messing up fillings and such, and Artistic has just been amazing. I will be coming back for years to come :)

Dr. Bikoi is THAT dentist (DDS), ok?! She's knowledgeable, passionate and presents info so that those with no dental knowledge get it. You're going to get the ultimate experience here. From amazing massaging chairs, excellent customer service, relaxing music, innovative technology to the great quality work performed by the front office staff, the hygienist, assistants and dentist, you're going to be satisfied. I could literally name drop everyone because they are all wonderful. I also love the diversity. They provide all services in house so you don't have to go to different places to have services such as root canals, crowns, Invisalign and so forth. Convenient right?! The place is in a good location and there are options for street and garage parking. I found Artistic from other Yelp reviews and am glad I listened. It's also worth noting I get some of the best naps here and they're open on Saturdays!

Dr. Bikoi is one of the best dentist in the DMV area. She took great care of me during my pregnancy and is now taking care of my 1 year old. I was impressed by her skills even more when working with children. She is passionate, caring and truly unique in the dentistry field. We also came back with so many treats! Dr. and her team provided an excellent customer service!

My husband and I was referred to the Artistic Family Dentistry. We visited for deep cleaning services and tooth removal surgery. The experience was smooth and stressless. What I love most about Dr Bikoi and her team is the detailed information they shared with my husband and I and the spirit of partnership I.e making you feel that we are in this together. I also love the ambience of the clinic! World class experience overall!

Place felt like a spa, but it was a dentist. So the place they take care of you, they have good technology, and great dentists there. I mean it was my first visit, but they made me feel like it won't be my last. They did good

A new kind of thief.........you will lose something. Just keep away. A transaction is one exchange for another service or product. That should work. Beware. More and more "businesses" care nothing about client. Exemplified, embodied here. Wrong reasons to say you "help" people. Here you have to pay even if they do not fit! They did not fit after two months and telling me the finished product which I told them does not fit will. It does not fit! So you have to pay. If you wear improper dentures it can cause grave illness and underlying causes that can take your life. This is not to be toyed with for greed. This was the worst dental experience of my life. There are so many things that are wrong. I paid. That they took. Then another 2 months (not the normal same day-2 weeks), still don't fit but a promise they will. Bizarre, yeah? I paid and said need at latest 2 weeks. We began this June 6th. Absolutely not one of my questions answered in the initial call came to fruition. Back and forth. I could not even think of the cosmetic because I could not talk much less put food in and chew. Aside from all the "dental anguish" and inability for them to communicate to me they could not do dentures. I gave them plenty of time. Each week. As of last week the doctor said give her a full refund but when I asked for my money back all of a sudden that can't be done. It was a very fluid con. They have no caller ID. They've no way to identify themselves, only random odd numbers. Their voicemail is always full. I'm sure some of these shady things have been changed since they are aware of a legal Hawkeye now. They were in compassionate and rude. Absolute dismissal of me as a client. Dragged me through hell and charged me for it. My dentures weren't but are now cutting into my gums because they could not make teeth. I have very sensitive family health problems and was very specific in my needs. I would not have gone had they just told me they could not. I told them with each fitting they did not work! They push and force you. So a coupleof major points. Not making dentures that fit. Not disclosing truth to client. Making client creepy uncomfortable and not complying from their end. I came to each appointment expecting something. Each nothing on plate had changed. Then they tell you on phone they will fit??? Really? Since they refused to refund to force a person to take teeth that don't fit. I don't won't anyone to respond to that and say they'll fit. That's just silly. I said so many times not functional and so far off no chance of getting close. The other is all the shadiness as time goes by. You don't start picking it up until you see something not quite right. This will be 3rd pair so I do know a bit. A dozen calls to other dentists and denture specialist and attorney warmed off from the ethics of this place. I have the same concerns. I knew it was time to stat get new ones. I had been caregiving and no time. I would not recommend not because they can't do dentures sometimes. You just do want to take a risk with your health, time, and money. I can't imagine these people could do to someone who does not have to resources. They have never been sure about my teeth but absolutely keen on my money. The excuses, a mixture or greed and adolescence. I'm in pain, I can't eat, and now will go to a regular place that will do that day. Again, dentures take days not months and you are extorting money by this point! Nothing else. They did not fit! How can you say they will 2 1/2 months later. I really can't fathom this! Where did the professional people go. Not one there with integrity and pride in their work and career??? So very odd.

Guys. The dentist knows what she's doing. If u have lost hope about your dental situation go to her. She got you. Trust me. I assure you, no disappointment. she has the latest technology, guys everything is right there. She has the 3D machine, that little thing made me realize how I needed her. She's the best. I'm a client now. I'm already recommending my family

The best experience for a cleaning and having dental work done. I was terrified of the dentist for years however Dr. Bikoi and her staff continues to make it an easy and painless experience each time. Conveniently located as well for DTSS residents.

I have had several treatments with Dr. Bikoi and her team. I just have words of appreciation. Dr. Bikoi knows what she is doing and she demonstrate her experience and knowledge in the results of your teeth. Marleny, in the front desk, is very efficient contacting providers and setting up appointments and always replying when you have a question. My first visit was on 4/6 & it was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dental visit. From the comprehensive care that Dr. Bikoi and her marvelous team provide to the advanced technology. I enjoyed the hygiene room where I received my cleaning. It was the most relaxing experience I've ever had & I look forward to it again. Anyone seeking a gentle, thorough, clean, honest and upfront approach to dentistry--this is the place for you.. Highly recommend You can take my word for it

I have been going here for 3 years now and am a continuing patient. The people at the desk are always helpful and friendly, the room for cleaning really makes me feel like I'm at a spa, I even get an eye mask and a nice blanket. It is a really relaxing place. Tony, the hygienist there, is absolutely fantastic and makes sure my mouth is always astoundingly clean when I leave and is always great.
