Karen has been in the dental field for over 30 years, and has spent the last 12 years with Artistic Dentistry. She loves helping people obtain a healthy smile. Karen is a mom of two, and has one sweet grandchild. She loves crafting, traveling, and photography.
Donelle has been in the dental field since 2006 and joined the Artistic Dentistry team in 2010. She strives to create a safe, comfortable environment for her patients and understands that the dental office is not always the most comfortable place for some. Donelle is an avid hiker and enjoys gardening.
Nubia became a dental assistant in 2010, and has a lot of experience working with patients who suffer from dental anxiety. She strives for patient satisfaction and is passionate about dentistry. She especially enjoys getting to know patients and helping them understand their options through education and open communication.
Michelle has been a dental assistant since 2009, and loves helping each patient achieve their best smile. She always strives to provide great care in a calm and inviting atmosphere where patients feel at ease.
Isaac has been a dental assistant since 2010. He is very charismatic and strives to make patients feel comfortable during their visits. Isaac enjoys educating people about their dental health and treatment available. He is very knowledgeable about dental care and always puts his patients first.
Tammie has been a dental office manager for 20 years and takes great pride in being able to assist patients with getting the dental care they want and need. She feels the most rewarding aspect of being at Artistic Dentistry is helping patients overcome their fears and gain confidence to smile again.
Mary began her career 28 years ago managing her fathers dental practice, and has learned so much as dentistry has progressed throughout the years. IV sedation involves inserting a small needle into the back of the patients hand and starting an IV. Throughout the procedure, the amount of sedative that is administered can be controlled by our team. Deep IV sedation is stronger, and it puts patients into a controlled state of unconsciousness where they cannot speak or respond to questions. In both cases, patients are constantly monitored throughout treatment to ensure that they are receiving the proper amount of sedative and that their vital signs look good.
Patients who receive oral sedation or IV sedation must always have a friend or family member wait in the lobby for the duration of their visit to drive them home afterward. Patients should return straight home after their visit and rest for the rest of the day. For the next 24 hours, the patient should avoid driving, consuming alcohol, or making any big decisions. I just started with Artistic Dentistry this summer and have been satisfied. I just want to comment on two of the negative reviews. My wife also went to Dr Wheeler for many years. When he retired and she continued with Dr. Martin, she found she needed major work. Dr Wheeler had left major problems in her mouth that he hadn't addressed as they got worse over the years. (I was shocked at the x-rays.) They were very expensive to fix but now my wife doesn't have tooth problems anymore. She is very pleased about it. Based on her present care, I have switched to Artistic Dentistry.

This is by far the best experience I have had with any dental office. From the receptionists, to the dental hygienists, to the doctors... all were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and totally committed to providing me with as pleasant and pain-free experience as possible.

This was a great place when Doctor Larry Wheeler was still there. He was an excellent dentist and a fine man. When The Corporation took over, everything went downhill. The remodeling left the office with ugly art on the walls, no live plants, no charm. Almost all the old staff was 86'ed. Most importantly, the emphasis is now on money, not client satisfaction. When I was growing up the saying was "The customer is always right.". I was unable to get simple answers to simple questions about billing for future work, being sent a two page spread sheet that would have made the IRS proud. Beware.

Had regular appointment with hygienist today as did my wife. As always we got the royal treatment and excellent service. It's a bit of a drive for us but well worth it. Since Dr. Wheeler retired there have been a couple of new dentists come on board. I've only seen Dr. Martin and he did a filling for me in a very difficult spot. Thankfully it worked and and eliminated the need for more drastic measures. The staff is always friendly and courteous and really appreciate our business.

Love the staff, always friendly and wiiiling to help in any way they can. The Dr was nice answered all my questions and and put me at ease with knowing exactly what was going on. Listened to my concerns and addressed them.
