The entire team at Artistic was fabulous! From the moment I called to meeting everyone in person I cant say enough. The offices were new, clean and fresh. Sam was a great Hygienist and very thorough. She listened carefully to what I said and put me at ease. The reception staff was super nice and it was like talking to your favorite neighbor next door. Doctor was on top of everything and a plan was outlined before any work was to begin. I could not be more pleased!

The entire team stayed on top of my progress throughout. Every step of the way I was kept informed of what was next, explained the why and benefits of the procedure. I could feel the confidence in everyone's attitude. This made such a difference in my care and recovery knowing the work being done would be beneficial for my all-around health. The time that Doctor took with me was exactly what I was expecting and more!

Bunch of scam artists. Avoid this place. Got a explanation of benefits and a guarantee of cost. After treatment got a bill that was $120 more than what was quoted. A few weeks later I got another bill for an additional $295. These people are crooks and will lie to you.

My oral surgery today has restored my faith that a great dentist still exists in the world. After visiting many years of men pretending to play a dentist, Dr. Akroush is the real thing! His patience and chair side manor got me through it all. His staff from reception to surgical assistants are so kind and professional. Angie is a top notch hygienist and will be glad to visit her every 3 mo. Looking for a dentist, no hesitation here, visit Artistic Dentistry!

Found this location on Groupon. Long drive from expressway. Staff was very friendly. Appointed for ZOOM lasted only 45 mins. My teeth were the same color after and my gums were burnt. The assistant applied Aloe and my gums were healed the next day. After a week my teeth were whiter. I like my result, however in the past the appts last 2 hours and my teeth were instantly white. I don't regret it and it was worth the small amount I spent.

Because of Covid I had not been to the Dentist in over a year. The staff immediately put me at ease especially the new hygienist. Although I was expecting the worse, she immediately put me at ease. She explained the various procedures beforehand and created a relaxed atmosphere. Her professionalism was appreciated and certainly did not go unnoticed. I have been going to Artistic Dentistry for several years and would rate the entire staff 5 stars.

Dr. Akroush is an incompetent dentist and very rude to his patients. This establishment is worthy of 0 stars. I had nothing but terrible experiences here, but the most upsetting is the breaking of my vital natural tooth. They are still billing me for this and will not refund me for the amount I already paid. The initial scan for my crown was not done correctly, so I had to go back. Then they broke my crown putting it in and then he broke my real tooth when attempting to take out the broken crown. I do not have a root canal so everything caused additional pain. I was very patient, but when attempting to fix the real tooth he broke, he made it look worse. I have not gotten an apology from the doctor himself and when I email the office, the office manager just says this is the first she's hearing of it every single time. She said someone would call me back and they did not. They do not answer my calls. I would not recommend getting any major work done here. They also tried to sell me on an overpriced $1500 night guard without explaining anything about it and not being able to answer my questions. They are full of excuses and a terribly run business. They say all these events were "isolated".. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TEETH!!

I bought a Zoom whitening session on Groupon. The staff and their work was excellent. They made it very easy to make an appointment to work with my schedule. The office was clean & comfortable. My dental hygienist Courtney was outstanding! She explained each step well and continually verified I was comfortable. She also gave me information about other available services but did not pressure me to buy anything extra. She created an excellent experience for me.

Recently had my wisdom teeth extracted, and to say the least, best experience ever!! They offer laughing gas which keeps you so comfortable and the dental assistant monitors patients from start to finish when on laughing gas. I felt no pain throughout the whole procedure and Dr is very thorough and walks you through the entire procedure. He asked the whole time how I was doing which I greatly appreciated. After surgery he even took an X-ray to make sure the whole wisdom tooth came out including the root. He truly cares about patients well being, and isn't in it for the money. The office staff is amazing as well!! They made sure to call me a day after the extractions and asked if I needed anything! 100% recommend this place

Dr. Akroush is the best doctor I have ever had!! I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and at the age of 27 I started to lose my teeth. I am a Team USA Athlete and Coach and I cannot describe how hard it's been emotionally to compete without smiling and to coach young kids with missing teeth. I didn't realize how much I lost in life until I had it back. Dr. Akroush gave me my smile back and for the first time in two years people are able to understand me when I speak. I look forward to pursuing my athletic dreams and hope to stand on a podium one day with my new smile. The office staff are all incredibly kind too! Thank you!
