This doctor was really great. I dont really like the idea of visiting a dentist office but this was a great experience. I am happy with all the work they did. I have a new bridge with crowns and they feel and look really great and natural. The team is very friendly and helpful. I like Dr Bedi alot

I went in today and had a wonderful time. They were very quick and thorough. I love the staff there and the workers there. Best money ever spent !

This office really surprised me. It's very quaint I'd say and has a down home feel because I was not rushed around like many dental places I've been. They spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and gave me options. I had some tough decisions, but they helped me through. I really felt like they cared and would definitely recommend this dentist!! The staff is nice too, thanks everyone for you help!!

I recently had some dental work done at Artistic Dental Associates and I had a fantastic experience. Typically, I am a little nervous when going to a dentist. No need to worry here. Dr. Bedi and his staff are competent and professional. I was made to feel welcome and by the time I was leaving, I felt more like a friend than a patient. To further my point, I even received a letter wishing me a happy birthday a few weeks later. I highly recommend Artistic Dental Associates to my family members and I am doing the same for anyone on google looking to find a great dental office in Lakeland, FL.

They were able to take me immediately and were able to cut l ut abcessed roots that day at reasonable price.. Since then they have called a few times to make sure i was doing well and not in any pain i highly reccommend them

Dr. Bedi accepts no insurance. I had been to my General Dentist a week before. They took x-rays & gave me anti-biotics. I told Carli & Dr. Bedi I just had x-rays, plus full x-rays in March. They insisted they had to take x-rays so he could work on a treatment plan for me. We are talking about "digital" x-rays folks! I asked why they couldn't get my x-rays from my other dentist. They said they could and would credit me for any x-rays they received that was a duplicate, no problem. I then agreed to go ahead, allowing them to take 5 x-rays. I left there charging $230 on my credit card. I returned a week later for a review of the treatment plan, which turned out to be $12,840. I had already assured them I was 72 years of age on minimal SS. I totally believe the proper thing for them to do was tell me they would get the other offices x-rays, then take any that was not available for their treatment plan. NOTHING was said on this visit about this. I stopped back by their office and asked about any credit for duplicate x-rays, since they did receive the other ones. Carli proceeds to tell me they would take $155 off the total cost of their treatment plan.......NOT back on my credit card. I also had a coupon out of a coupon booklet offering a $900 special for two of the things that were included in his treatment plan for me. I asked about this as well. She tells me I can either use the value of the coupon for $1,802.......or I can use the $155 credit, but not both off their treatment plan of $12,840. I called my bank and filed a dispute. They in turn called Artistic Dental and spoke with Carli, who told the bank rep. I had been in & out of their office multiple time, but they never charged me for that. This was a LIE! Carli in turn called me and told me they didn't owe me anything, but as a courtesy, they would credit my card back $120. When I dropped by to get the credit, I asked her what happened to the $155. Her reply was "A couple of the x-rays from the other Dentist were not clear. I don't know about you, but I have never known a Dentist to keep poor x-rays, they always retake if not clear enough. After all, they are "digital"!

Very dishonest. He is very evasive when you ask him simple questions. His office is very low class in a poor and dangerous part of town.
