I went to Artistic Center for Dentistry 6 months ago for a cleaning. At first, I thought they seemed very nice, but then Dr Luong made a comment that I thought was very unprofessional and it stuck with me all this time. But this is not the reason for my low review... She told me that I had 7 cavities, and that I would need to make 2 more appointments to get them filled. I thought 7 was a lot, since the last time I went to the dentist they had told me I did not have any cavities; and 3 visits to the dentist over the next month was going to be inconvenient for my work schedule. I had a nagging feeling that I should get checked somewhere else. I cancelled my next appointment and scheduled my next cleaning at another dentist (see review for Smillie Dental, up the road). Sure enough, today I found out I had ONE small cavity! They filled it right then - no need for multiple appointments, no lies to steal my money. Beware scamming dentists.

Took my dentures in March 10. At 10 am.. They said I can pick up same day, I payed with my credit card They called. At 130 pm Saying lab won't be done with them till morning I loved the place the first time I got a hard relined I'll find a new dentist next time On top of that, they recommend I get new dentures. Sorry, but I won't, Just because of a reline, with a hard denture brush, might scratch some reline off. There is many more dentist in port orange . Very upset, very disappointed in them,

Dr.Luong and Michelle are fantastic, l have been going here for several years and have had many procedures done. They have always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my visits. I highly recommend this dentist!

Do not go to her to do any crown work. .Look for someone who specializes in that particular procedure..

This place was a dream for my situation. I had a dental pain emergency and called around different places to find one that takes my insurance. The dental assistant/front desk operator had me come in for an immediate consultation and had me set up for a root canal within the week with a specialist! The Dental assistant made the call personally and found one that accepted my insurance and could get me in pretty quickly. Both offices were exceptional, but the fact that the ladies at the Cosmetic Dentistry office got me in to both immediately was truly impressive... Dr. Luong is a special woman with a gentle touch and I really appreciate them making me feel so very comfortable since I, like many, fear the chair! Thank you again ladies for the great experience. I'll reccomend everyone I know for this wonderful place.... 5 stars

Not truthfully to say negative this dentist office. I have been in this office for years 5+. All hygienist are friendly and professional, honestly and devotion what they are doing. Personally this Dentist Cathleen is amazing person. She and her husband are wonderful couple. They alway care about there patients deeply in the bottom of there heart. They are just lovely, helpful , loyalty and more. So I'm highly recommend to everyone check it out.
