This was interesting. I called in and asked for an appointment. I could not get one the same week. The earliest available was next week. Fine. Got 4 reminders via text about the appointment 3-4 days in advance about the date and time. Next thing I know is, a person calls me on Saturday morning from the clinic wanting to change my appointment. They have their priorities straight. If you are a new patient, make sure you know where you stand.

I needed a new crown on one of my tooth as the previous one was broken (which I got from a different dental office). When I first came to this Artist walk dental, they did the cleaning and gave me the appointment to replace the crown (knowing the fact that the previous crown was from different place). First the dental office cancelled my appointment just a day before my appointment day , telling me that they did not get the pre-auth. Then I worked extensively with the billing person in this office and my insurance (Delta Dental) to get the pre-auth. Every time I would have to call the dental office to followup on my case. After few weeks when I finally got the mail from insurance that the pre-auth has been approved , the dental office stopped responding at all. I reached out to them couple of times and they did not respond. This is very frustrating as now I have to go over all this again with another dental office. Had I known this before I would not have spent so much time getting pre-auth from this office.

After years of staying with Artist Walk Dental, I recently had a teeth cleaning and the atmosphere and environment remains to be the same --welcoming and positive! All the staff are so generous and inviting, everyone knows how to make you feel comfortable! Side note--the office is always SO clean and fresh! Love coming here!

I've been a patient of Dr. Rick's ever since I was a kid. The service is amazing and the staff have always been friendly! Furthermore, I have always felt comfortable during the cleaning procedures. I even have a core memory of mine when I was a kid having the staff and Dr. Rick cheer me on when I had to get some teeth pulled for braces! In summary, Dr. Rick and Artist Walk Dental is amazing in all fields and has served a substantial role in my life!

One of the best experiences I've ever had at Artist Walk Dental with regard to teeth cleaning. It was gentle, comfortable and fast. The dentist was friendly, helpful and professional. He was patient to listen to my dental needs and ready to provide constructive advice to me I am happy with his service and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist.

It's very rare you come across services that are truly 5 stars and "Artist walk Dental" is most definitely among those. It's just perfect from A to Z. Every experience is easy, convenient, and satisfying whether it's scheduling, rescheduling, visits, dental services, information requests, etc. And this all because of their team, so professional and welcoming. Kudos to them and all the very best!!

I have always had a fear of dentist. But today my Dr. was the best I have ever had. The staff was very friendly!!! No need to fear anymore. I'm in good hands with Artist Walk Dental.

Since I moved to Newark, CA, I've changed dentist numerous time. When a good friend told me about Dr. Ricardo S. De Ala Dental which is now "Artist Walk Dental" and have heard great care they provide, I started going there. And guess what, I never looked for another. I have been seeing Dr. De Ala and staff for number of years now. I am very impressed of the treatments. The care and staff are 5 stars. The office is very clean and their equipments are state of the art. The place is very comfortable, family oriented and it is like home. Everyone are very nice, always smiles and makes you feel like a family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rick for 6 years. I have had numerous dental procedures with him (fillings, crowns, even a root canal) and I can say that every experience has been great! Dr. Rick takes great care and has a gentle touch. His staff is very friendly and as another patient said, they make you feel like family.

We go as a family of four and it's nice to be able to go on the weekends. The new location is very nice. They even have coffee, water and snacks in the waiting room. They have TVs for each patient chair, those helped a lot when the kids were younger. Dr. Rick always takes the time to ask us how we are doing before starting. We've been going to see Dr. Rick for 7+ years (longer probably I can't remember my previous dentist).

Artist walk is the bomb. Hands down greatest in Fremont. I've been to a few and artist walk is clean, comfortable and they have a great team. I've called a couple of time to reschedule my appointments and Teresa was able to accommodate me. She was wonderful and made it pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend this dental care
