I've literally never wrote a negative review before, but this place is really horrible. Took my mom too get extractions and was met with nothing but a completely incompetent, rude, and dismissive front desk. Took three appointments to take care of all that had to be done and each time the girl at the front was awful, and horribly degrading. They are so disorganized it's almost comical. Had to send an xray 3 times because they were threatening to charge my mom for new x-rays and then kept "losing" them. Never, ever go here.

This place is so disorganized!!! Waiting room packed in like sardines !! Consult didn't even see dr , only nurse took my x rays and told me what I needed done , no dr ?? Glad I got another opinion instead of 3 extracted nine need extracted and only one partially removed wisdoms tooth !!! They code billing so you insurance don't cover it and you always have to pay cash out of your pocket hmm I wonder why ??? Super happy with my 4.9 rating new dentist well worth the extra 30 min drive !! Artisan smiles should close down so unprofessional and rude woman behind the counter !!

The people at this office are very nonchalant and inconsiderate. My experience with them was bad. I ask that the front desk clerk can make sure everything was ok with the insurance and she said she did. Two days after that she calls back with a high fee. However, had the PA wrote the note to the insurance the correct way everything would have been ok. Not only that none of the staff wear name tags. None of them say their names or say who the dentist is that will be doing the surgery. The PA put one glove on when she should have washed her hands first and then put two on. There's no etiquette here.

Absolutely ridiculous.... I went there they KNEW my insurance ahead of time and she said they require xrays anyways...wanted me to pay $65 for their pano xray... I said why was I not told this on the phone or if they knew because of my insurance why not call and tell me ahead of time.m. I drove over 2 1/2 hours to be told since I can't afford them I need to reschedule... I think the hell not..

Total waste of time. Made an appointment, making very clear what work I potentially needed done. Got to the appointment and was told that they don't do most of what I need. I drove about 40 miles to get there and had to shift around my schedule just to make the appointment.

They gave me incorrect details to an oral surgery which hugely affected me. When visiting my normal orthodontic, they told me they had incorrectly done the procedure due to the false information given. The staff seemed kind, but due to the misinformation that may cost me more time in finishing my teeth treatment, I have to say it was not worth going here.

Very Unprofessional! I had an appointment at 10:30 for oral surgery and arrived at 9:45am . I filled out the paper work n was told to sit and wait so I did . After waiting for a unreasonable amount of time , I went to the front desk n asked when I would be seen . I was told there was 4 people ahead of me n I had to wait another hour and a half . So then I asked to reschedule because my appointment was supposed to be at 10:30 & I couldnt wait another 2 hours to be seen .The lady at the front desk got an attitude and told me " You don't know what going on and You have no patience . We are short staffed ... " so then I replied " that may be true but you could have informed me that you were short staffed with a long wait " . The oral surgeon comes out the back and continues to tell me " This isn't a hair salon and if I don't have the Patience to wait then I can go somewhere else ... . Mind you all I wanted to do was reschedule my appointment Because the wait was way too long . Then I get home and call the office & they tell me I'm banned from the office . JUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE . I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! . My Recommendation : " SMILEMAKERS " all of their staff is so kind and they make you feel comfortable and appreciated .

The rooms in this dentist are very unsanitary. The staff are very kind but it's the safety that was concerning to me. I'm not one to make a fuss out of nothing and this place is definitely not where anyone should go if they are getting any type of oral surgery done.

The place is disgusting. They claim to be in the middle of remodeling but it doesn't look like any actual construction work hadn't been done in months. Looks like they started then just left it as is. The doctor was very unprofessional. I told them I can't take a certain medicine but yet they prescribe that exact medicine. Then trying to get them to change it is impossible. The doctor didn't listen to me at all but instead did what the hell he wanted. We are still under a face mask order in medical offices and facilities. Not one staff member had a face mask on and they didn't enforce it with their patients.

They are very unprofessional . They do not answer the phone . To be a doctors office with patients, to ask people to leave a voicemail and not answer the phone for over an hour is poor customer service. I do not recommend this place they will charge you before they charge your insurance!! And act like nothings wrong ! Don't go here

Six things I look for in an oral surgery practice; professionalism, a friendly staff, explanation of my costs after insurance, cleanliness, Covid rules being followed, an explanation of side effects to expect post surgery as well as possible future suggestions. I was satisfied because I received all of this. I had an unbelievable amount of work done, but very little pain after surgery. Thank you nurse Louisa, and Dr. Antoine Panossian for your professionalism and experience. Thank you to the gentleman in the billing office( sorry I forgot his name, but I wish I didn't) for being so understanding and helpful. I would like to recommend this practice to anyone looking for an oral surgeon whose first is their patient. Artisan Smiles in Reading is located in the city of Reading, but parking is available in the lot across the street as well as curb parking.

Extremely unprofessional, zero Covid protocol in progress, I will never be returning. In regards to your response... When I was there a patient was told to sit in a chair and then she was told to move and I was told to sit in the same chair, zero disinfecting occured. There is no distance between chair in the waiting room and files were getting confused as to not know who patients were. Doesn't seem too professional to me.

This place is very disgusting and looks so unsanitary. I had to ask the young lady who insisted on using pet names to wipe down the chair best it had oil on it from the person before me. A huge waste of time and didn't get any dental work done.
