From consultation to staff to Dr. My entire experience was wonderful! They had trouble placing my IV catheter, which wasn't their fault, I always have trouble...my veins are deep and tiny. They gave me oral meds instead and refunded for the medications they didn't use IV. Everyone was pleasant well informed and cheerful. You get what you give people. If you are rude and disrespectful to a staff the genuinely cares about what they are doing...then in your mind...it was a bad experience...Noone likes going to the dentist...but they are there to help you! I would give 10 stars if I could! For anyone wishing to give a bad review...maybe review your behavior first. At my consultation there were several "rude and grotesque" acting patients in the waiting room. Like I said you get what you give as far as respect goes!! I have nothing but respect for the staff of Artisan Smiles. And to the tech in the fabulous pink scrubs...I'm sorry I forget your name...but you made a point to come in before My surgery just to ask me how I was. My surgery may not have gone as planned but the staff and Dr jumped to it and found a solution. it's only been 1 day since my oral surgery and I have mild pain and just a little swelling. ALL OF YOU ARE FANTASTIC!! Don't forget that!! Thank You so much for making my experience pleasant!!!

This place is horrible would never reccomend to anyone, brought my son in because his orthodontist said he needed to see an oral surgeon for small roots, went to this place they were rude when we checked in then when we went back to the room they were rude and when the PA came in she was rude stating there is nothing we can do for your son implants cant be put in until hes 18, he has an impcated tooth that they wont remove pretty much said he would have to deal with it and live with it, rushed us out of the room with no help or any suggestions on what we can do to fix his teeth, very disappointed and angry felt like they didnt want anything to do with us

After reading reviews for this place I was nervous. I now have went there 3 different occasions and each time was great! I had a full mouth extraction and each time I went I was in and out. The nurses out through the facility were super nice. The doctor joked around when I was nervous and kept me informed right up until I went to sleep. I had an area that the bone was hurting and he fixed it right away. I can only speak for myself but my experiences here were Fantastic. Thank you artisan team!!

To start, I needed a tooth pulled they said they could do it I had x-rays and a referral... they refused to use my x rays and then really spoke down to me... they set an appointment for a few days later... show up and they cant find it... they also didnt clear it with my insurance even though I found them from my insurance website... waited over 3 hours only to have them say some bull that it was out of network... so left

Most unprofessional staff, was spoken to with such disrespect. Missed time from work to go just to leave enraged because when I stood up against them speaking to me like I did they said I can get my procedure done somewhere else. Which if there wasn't such a wait I would have done right off the bat but I settled for here and it was the biggest mistake. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone except maybe an enemy

Only went here because I was told my tooth extraction would be covered by my insurance. 2 days before my scheduled extraction, I was told via a phone call that I would have to pay an additional $675 that was not covered by my insurance.

I will never go back to artisan smiles. I waited over an hour past my appointment just for them to tell me it's a consultation. That's not what I was told on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. They are so unprofessional. It took forever just to sign in fir the appointment. 1 person at the desk. I told the assistant I was not told that on the phone and she says, I don't lihe the way you're talking to me. Girl I didn't even get started. So I left an will never go back to that hole in the wall.

I was in here today and they treated this mother horribly with her new born child to the point that they kicked her out. She was adv to leave because her and her child took to much room! You are a very unprofessional establishment!

I mean zero of I could. They are ridiculous. There is almost no communication afterwards. Do not take medical notes and conditions into concideration. Pain management after is a joke. You are not a person you are just another set of teeth. You are moved and everything before you are actually alert. It was a horrible experience.

Called and it rang 15 times only to be put on hold. Then the music played and went off so I had no idea if I was on hold or not ?? The reviews helped my decision to take my business elsewhere.

Please put a disclaimer on your website mentioning that you don't perform extractions for patients with Sleep apnea. Drove an hour to York (from Carlisle) only to be told this. If I knew this before hand- I wouldn't have wasted gas, my time or my sanity.

Went in for a broken tooth. Waited hours just to find they didn't sign me in properly. Nurse was rude and surgeon couldn't be bothered. Refused to pull teeth because of my medical history. This place sucks. I asked what I should do because the tooth keeps chipping and the nurse took it as if I were trying to be rude. Was an actual question. Thru need new staff and maybe this time people who can do their job.

Customer service desk were arrogant and antagonistic. The surgeon Panossian- rude abrupt and condescending. Disappointing that it's so difficult to find trusting Dentist offices. Make sure your doing your homework and contacting your insurance making sure what's covered. And what's not covered.. this place seems shady but I understand people are in need of services so proceed with absolute caution. Please review: ALL reviews taken.

I took my Goddaughter there today. She went back 15 minutes after her noon appt was scheduled and we were going out the front door at 1. It took only 45 minutes?!? I was asked to wait in my car. For having 4 wisdom teeth removed, I was a little concerned how quick this procedure was completed. She stated they were nice. They walked her out vs me going into a room while she woke. I thought that was odd. It was very different when I took my son but it was not here. My Goddaughter has state insurance and we couldn't find anyone in Lancaster County to do this. Reading the reviews, I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed recovery is without any issues.

Had four teeth extracted here, when I first went back to the room they only had three teeth written down (13,14,16)not four (1,3,14,16) , so if I wouldn't of spoken up I would have walked out with a wrong tooth removed. I had super high anxiety about even being there after reading some of these reviews but I get it now and should of listened to my gut feeling about this place being a bad idea. Now currently I'm in excruciating pain have been since extraction a week ago. by removing one of my molars they put a giant hole through my root cavity into my sinuses. Now I have to be seen by another oral surgeon asap to see if there's anything they can do to help bc of how severe the hole is
