By far, the worst Dental office I experienced. I had my last adjustment back in Dec 2021. My February appointment was cancelled two days before stating "office would be relocating". The receptionist gave me a tentative date of April 21st. and get my adjustment. That too was cancelled as office still wasn't ready. In between these dates, there were no follow-up calls. There was a complete lack of communication. I made several attempts to speak with office manager and when I finally got in contact with her she offered me an appointment almost two hours away from my home. After two weeks of back and forth and not being able to get in contact with office I requested my records be transferred to another office as I have now gone almost 6 months without an adjustment. I was sent a release form which I immediately sent back. I never got a response or any confirmation even after verifying the email address. Finally, I call again today June 17th 2022 and was told "I'll have the office manager give you a call" THIS HAS BEEN MY REQUEST FOR THE LAST 30 DAYS. By far the most unprofessional, uneducated, poor managed office I've dealt with. Please if you have a better option don't use this dentistry office!

Hate them! It's always "Artisan smile please hold" and never come back. They ALWAYS under construction. Appointments be months apart because a light bulb went out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Unless you want braces on your teeth longer than suppose and if you want to go to a schedule appointment and be salty because it got canceled without a warning.

If you want to travel 2 hours away for an orthodontist to one of their other locations because their Imaginary Building in Delaware County isn't ready then this is the place for you!!! My daughter was last seen Dec 2021 to have her braces adjusted. When her Jan 2022 appt approached, I was contacted 2 days prior by one of the front desk staff to say they were canceling her appt due to them relocating to another building and that they should reopen by Feb 2022. In Feb, I called to schedule an appt for my daughter and was given a March date. A few days prior to that March date, I was again contacted because they cancelled due to them still not having a building for their practice. They rescheduled for an April 27 Appt & if you're reading this, you already know what happened.... They cancelled again because their "imaginary" building still isn't ready. By this time, I'm super fed up because my daughters treatment is being delayed because they "lack" a building. It took forever, but I was finally able to speak to the office manager Lisa who did attempt to resolve my issue. I informed her that they should have given patients some type of advance notice, so that they could have made other arrangements for their ortho treatment. She listened to me vent and came up with a resolution of refunding me a portion of my money that I paid for my daughters braces to which I agreed. Now My daughter is being transferred to a better provider and they are requesting her dental records with this practice. I called today to confirm that they received the consent for release form that I emailed so that the new practice were able to retrieve her dental records in a timely fashion and one of their rude front desk staff answered to say "Please Hold" like she was actually working. The "little girl"was being smart. She had me hanging on hold for a few minutes before I decided to hang up and call back to which she already knew it was me and hung up. I surprised her & called back from one of my other numbers and now she answers and wants to know how she can help me. If her ignorant, rude self don't like her job then she should go work elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone, I'm just so glad my daughter is being treated by a much better orthodontist and I no longer have to deal with the dental practice from hell!!!

Personally, I have no complaints about this place. They have been treated with respect and professionalism. the fact that there to wait sometimes a little more than normal there are no problems, for everything you have to wait. The important thing is the end result. What happens is that there are people who do not understand that due to this pandemic the staff is not the same.

They wasted my time and wanted me to waste my money as well. I was going to get one tooth extracted they tell me that my insurance didn't cover it. I called my insurance they told me it is covered I just won't be able to get sedated for the procedure. I then have to call back the dental office just for them to tell me they don't do local anesthesia only sedation. Waste of time.

The office itself was clean and neat in appearance, however, the general atmosphere was somewhat lacking. I was taken to have x-rays of my mouth and told to wait for the doctor in an exam room. The doctor was somewhat evasive in the presentation and only looked at me sideways to talk with me about my x-rays. There was NO actual exam done on my mouth, however, my insurance was billed for BOTH! An exam plus x-rays. I am disputing this bill as I never received an oral exam while there. Please take into consideration when visiting this establishment that they do NOT do anything but pull teeth. They will have to send you to another dentist if you need further services. Glad I didn't go back. Have found another dentist who does it ALL in the same place. I gave it 2 stars only because the receptionists were helpful.

Called to make an appointment on Monday 6/21 to schedule a extraction consult. Got a appt on Friday 6/25 at 4:30. Found out that night my mom needed the car due to her having to work on Friday. So I call back on Wednesday (2 days before my appointment) to reschedule out of respect for their time. The woman who answered the phone had an attitude from the first hello, I explain who I am and why I called and she goes Tuesday @ 2:30 and hung up. Now that was not only rude but also My brother has surgery that day. So obviously that day and time are not going to work. so I can back Thursday and that lady goes we will only see you on Tuesdays... Like what. Because I was trying to find a day that you have a n appointment open and works for me too, this isn't a one way street where you tell me to jump and I ask how high. There has to be some kind of mutual respect and decency.

The staff can be unprofessional every time I bring my son. They NEVER run on time. This last time we came in, his appointment was for 9am. We arrived at 8:55. They literally talked about what they were ordering from door dash for breakfast and lunch today before calling him back at 9:25. This is an all the time thing. Forget using profanity in front of their patients, which is unacceptable. I work at a dental office, and this behavior would never fly at my office. I cant wait until his treatment with this place is done.

I had an appt. For a consultation. I finished filling out my paperwork. The receptionists (Kiki Dowd) asked for my ID and insurance info. I provided her with it. She said I need your dental insurance. I told her that's this is the only card that my company provides me with. Her tone of voice was very rude and offensive. She's like your have to call we don't do that here. I told her I never been to any doctors office or dentist office that told me I had to call myself. It's not just what she said, but how she said it. She was like what did you say. I ignore her at 1st. Then she got louder and asked again "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" I said you heard what I said. I never been to any doctors office or dentist office that asked me to call myself. She's like oh I thought you said I was being lazy. I said that's exactly what your being very rude and lazy. She's like if your going to talk to me like that you can leave. I never been to any dentist that the RECEPTIONIST was rude to a patient. She was very unprofessional. I said I'm not leaving I waited two weeks for this appointment. I asked to speak to her boss. She's like I am the boss. I don't see how someone like her can be working the front desk. I always check the reviews before I go anywhere. Although the reviews weren't great. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will never come to this office again, and I wouldn't recommend for anyone else to.
