Darcy L. Kasner, DDS is a Midtown Sacramento-based dentist and the owner of Artisan Dentistry. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Dr. Kasners studies were completed at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California. She then completed her general dental residency at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut, a program affiliated with Yale University. She practiced in Connecticut for almost seven years before moving back to California.
In her spare time, Dr. Kasner enjoys hiking, ATVs, biking, and anything outdoors. She and her husband, Scott, have two dogs, Allie and Reina, which keep them very busy!Her highest priority is the well-being of her patients as she customizes each treatment plan to complement each patients specific needs. As a general and cosmetic dentist, Dr. Kasner is committed to ensuring that her patients have access to all treatment options necessary for an ideal, long lasting outcome. Dr. Kasner uses gentle injection techniques and has a warm caring bedside manner. She encourages patients to be actively involved in planning their dental decisions. Because Dr. Kasner loves to work to music, you may find yourself listening to a wide variety of her favorite Pandora stations such as Tom Petty and Eric Clapton, or relaxing music if you have a music request. A native Californian, Dr. Acob was born in Redlands, CA, then moved to Sacramento during his teenage years. Dr. Acob finished his bachelors degree in Exercise Science at Pacific Union College. Then went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Loma Linda University.
Dr. Acob knows that going to the dentist can be a daunting task; however, it is his goal for patients to feel at ease in his chair. Dr. Acob ensures a positive experience by explaining treatment plans in digestible terms and mitigates nerves through his easygoing demeanor and boisterous laugh.
Outside of work, Dr. Acob is an avid home cook and has perfected his chocolate chip cookie recipe. He enjoys cycling down the American River Trail and has a hairless cat named Jude who is the light of his life.

Such a pleasant experience. I had a deep clean, polishing, and laser treatment done. I was thoroughly informed throughout the entire process. I had some anxiety about being in the chair again, and my comfort was a priority to them. The team was clear and communicative. She checked on my comfort level throughout the process. This really put me at ease. And the results were excellent! Highly recommended!

Now first off I am not one to leave reviews, good or bad. But this Dental Office is truly and simply out, Amazing. The staff all around is wonderful, fun, and caring. The staff is also all very informed and professional yet they make it a fun experience. My Dentists Dr Kasner was so helpful and informative and nice and caring. I've had a lot of experience with dentists for myself as well as my Wife and Children. I would and will not send anyone anywhere else other then Artisan Dentistry. They all really seem to care and also Love what they're doing so that makes it all so much easier and better and more fun as a patient. I really believe everyone that's in the area goes there. I live in Davis, CA and I will make that short trip each and every time. Thank You so much Dr Kasner and Staff!!! I'm no longer anxiety ridden or afraid of going to the Dentist. I know I'll be taken care of and enjoy my experience each and every time. Kudos to You Guys!

Absolutely amazing customer service. They were able to squeeze me in the same day as a new patient for a consultation because of how much pain I was in. Looking forward to changing my insurance so they can be my primary dentist. Highly recommend Artisan Dentistry!

Loved my experience from the moment I walked in to the time I left. Hadn't been to the dentist for a few years prior to my visit at AD, so I was pretty darn anxious. But the energy in this space was so beautiful, that I felt much peace & literally almost fell asleep a couple times. Can't wait to return.

One of the greatest experiences I've had at a Dentist Office. That's saying something. The office was spacious and very welcoming. My previous dentist retired and I was overdue for a dental visit so I was pretty nervous for my upcoming visit. Fortunately, my experience with Dr. Kasner and her staff was much better than expected and they are one of the better dental practices I have visited. Their facility is ideally located, very clean and everyone there is very professional, courteous, and transparent. Dr. Kasner is very easy to talk to and I felt like I was in good hands. I've referred all of my friends and family who are looking for a dentist to Artisan Dentistry and they are all very happy with them.
