Dr Articolo and his team are skilled and patient professionals. They treat people well, and my family greatly appreciates their human touch. For example, I accidentally showed up 45min early today with my son, so they scrambled ready, and they saw us right away regardless. They accommodated my screw-up, and still delivered very high-quality service. (Not that I recommend showing up 45min early for an appointment anywhere, generally.) Typical excellence from Articolo and his team.

Thought it was just me getting frustrated at this place but the other reviews and the thumbs up to the reviews say otherwise. You can tell how rude the workers are just by the responses. I mean come on we have other things to do during the day than wait in an office for an hour only to sit in a room for another hour. I am so frustrated after my appointment today and im stuck here because my child can't have his braces off for another idk 5 years probably. I also can hear then talking about other staff members and patients. Clap back at this Beth I'm not gonna read ur five paragraph essay this place sucks enough for me to write a whole review on it. Ps why have 3 doctors is they can only work one person at a time

The worst place. Articolo and his assistance just screw around and get to you when they get to you. Especially the one victoria. They do not care about their patients and are so unprofessional. I was recently there for 3 and a half hours for a band change. Go to lempart, get invisaline, smile club, literally anywhere else i regret sending my kid here so much and i would take him out if i could but hes got his braces on. They are absolutely ridiculous ive never seen anything like it

v sad w this place :( all my friends have their braces off and i feel like i never will. i hope if you're looking at this place u ignore them and go somewhere else bc i wouldn't wish this on anyone. Also trying to invalidate other people with fake facts is not okay. Article has been open for many many years i would know I've been here since the beginning and no sign of getting my braces off!!

Honestly go anywhere else besides here. The service is HORRIBLE. You can make an appointment for 2 and not expect to get in until 2:30-3:00. Then you get in and sit in the chair for even longer. Another thing is the workers talk forever and cant talk and work, and they are completely unprofessional. One worker specifically talks forever and doesnt ever work. You're guarenteed to be in here for at least an hour for the most minor thing. All they do is stall, and you wont get your braces off for as long as possible. I have had mine on for 7 years and theyre still on. I would definitely rate this less than one star if i could.
