Dr. Brown is committed to pursuing continuing education in order to provide patients with the highest level of care and the latest technology. She is currently working towards becoming a board-certified implant specialist with a focus on full mouth reconstruction. Dr. Brown has experience in a wide range of dental procedures, including maintenance, exams, implants, crowns, root canals, fillings, cosmetic smile design, and Invisalign straightening.
Milly is the office's practice manager and has been able to support the practice in various facets over the last two years. She is a native Floridian and enjoys spending most of her time out on the water with her husband and their two-year-old son. She looks forward to continuing to serve the practice and its patients for many years to come!
Deb has been an RDH for 22 years and has been in the office for the past 11 years. She is from Port Charlotte and enjoys the Cape Coral area. She enjoys spending time laughing with patients and looks forward to keeping her patients' smiles bright and beautiful.
Pam is the office's Treatment Plan Coordinator and has been with Complete Dental Care of South Florida for 35 wonderful years! She is originally from Ohio and is an avid Cleveland Browns fan. She works at the front of the office and looks forward to meeting you!
Michelle is a Dental Assistant and supports Dr. Brown in the office. She was born and raised in Fort Myers and lovesthe Florida sun! In her free time, she enjoys singing, learning how to play the piano, solving word searches, and baking.
Marilyn is a Business Assistant at Complete Dental Care of South Florida and has been with the office for 29 years! She is originally from Northern Illinois and has been blessed to call Florida home while she's been with the office. One of her favorite aspects of working at the office iswatching how a patient's life can change after a smile makeover. She looks forward to meeting you!

My grandparents have been coming here for 30 years, and drive 45 minutes each way. I have no idea why. Last month, my grandfather had a crown fall out. I scheduled an appointment specifically to have it fixed. The receptionist made a point to block out time on the doctor's schedule. When they called to confirm the appointment, they confirmed that they would be doing a procedure. Today, I drive 45 minutes to the office with my grandfather. They do a cleaning and start to send him home, saying that we'll have to come back for the procedure. I ask "what about the schedule block?" they replied "oh yeah... That is on here... We'll need you to sit in the lobby for about half an hour then we'll get you taken care of". We sit in the lobby for half an hour... Then they tell us that the doctor is "too busy" and we'll "have to come back another day". So we pay $190 for his cleaning (my dentist charges almost half that) and begin the 45 minute drive back home. All that time, money / gas wasted, and we're no closer to solving the issue we originally made the appointment for.

Absolutely fantastic had all upper and lower done customer service was out of this world the ladys behind the counter could not be more accommodating Dr Molzon absolutely cares about you and your health can't recommend him more highly

Let me start by saying that if I could give more Stars, I would. My experience with Dr. MOLZAN'S staff was second to none. From my initial consultation to the implant surgery yesterday, I had top notch care. Clearly over and above the norm, as I am no stranger to a dentist's chair. I actually am finding it a little unbelievable that I had my surgery (implant) less than 24 hours ago (front tooth), and I feel as though nothing ever happened. Icing on the cake...... Dr. Molzan personally phoned last evening to check on me, and they send you home with homemade chicken soup. Follow up call this morning as well. MOST PLEASANT DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER !!!

I had top front implants, and never had a problem, Dr. Molzan is one in a million, his bedside manner is flawless, he makes you feel like family, as do the gils in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Molzan to anyone looking to do implants. He is a perfectionist!
