I visited this dental studio because it is highly rated on google. However, I found myself tricked by the google rate. Their office looks modern, but when you feel it carefully, you will find their furnitures in the lobby are cheap and uncomfortable. Just like that they are good in appearance but bad essentially, this dental studio has bad computer system connected to the insurance company so that they cannot know your copay in advance. After my first dental service, they even did not know my insurance estimates and charged me in advance what they thought may not covered by the insurance. Because of the outdated updates with the insurance company, I could not even know I would be charged without insurance benefits because I had used some benefits in another oral surgery office, whose service this low-level studios cannot provide. In summary, bad experience in this office!!

I've been here twice now and they had me wait more than 20 mins for the dentist as she was helping multiple patients at the same time. She seemed very distracted each time I visited and is not very pleasant to talk to. The facility is clean and well decorated.

I am new to Chicagoland and was referred to Artful Smiles. They are fabulous and I have been recommending them to everyone. I finally feel like I am getting the dental care I have needed for a long time ... Kind, gentle, easy going and mindful of cost. A+!!

The office might look modern, clean and fancy from the outside. But don't let that distract you by them getting more money out of you. They push you to get deep cleaning every few months which is unnecessary and healthy. What would happen if your mouth is keep getting numb every few months to get deep cleaning? Reason is so they can get more money from you you and your insurance. Once someone that works there told me if I don't get the deep cleaning done, it will be written on my insurance records and if I go to another dentist they will see that record and you'll need to get deep cleaning over there. Well guess what, I switched over to another dentist and not a single time have my new dentist mentioned that I need deep cleaning, I just needed regular cleaning. My new dentist provides great service but they don't have a fancy office. Here on the other hand it is the opposite, profit is more important to them than the patients health.

The studio takes COVID-19 precautions, from requiring masks to taking temperatures and limiting appointments and running their air filters numerus times. As far as the experience itself, I was assigned to Inga who did a fantastic job. She was conversational while being candid about the state of my teeth. I did a deep cleaning and appreciated that having to undertake such a procedure required some more out of pocket, which Amira (the office assistant) came over and helpfully explained. The doctor came by and checked on me for about 5 minutes, but all in all Inga managed all the procedures. I felt motivated to take better care of my teeth immediately upon leaving and look forward to being a regular.

I had my first appointment at Artful Smiles today and I'm so glad my family found them. Every single person who works at Artful Smiles is warm, knowledgable, and efficient. The atmosphere of the office itself is...just plain lovely. This is the most aesthetically pleasing medical office I've ever set foot in. Down to their playlist, everything about Artful Smiles exceeded expectations. TBH, I have to go back in a few weeks and I'm legit looking forward to it. :)

Incredible people work here. I was blown away by the kindness, patience, and genuine empathy shown by everyone I interacted with. Inga walked me through every procedure, they showed me what the billing would be before doing anything, and made me feel comfortable and optimistic about my dental health for the first time in years. They genuinely went above and beyond to be helpful. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I feel extremely lucky to have found it.

Wow! I'm never a fan of going to the dentist and was nervous about finding a new one when I moved. I am thrilled with my experience at Artful Smiles and am actually looking forward to my next appointment. That never happens. The entire staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. And I truly believe this is the most thorough exam / cleaning I've ever had. Thank you!

Dr. Korol and her staff are the best I've experienced. They talk you through what is happening; how they determine the health of your mouth as they go and are always friendly and never pushy about treatments. From the technicians to the desk staff--all total pros. The office is a bit snug but very clean and comfortable. I am very happy to have chosen their care.

Super team. I felt cared for the moment I walked in. They explained everything (xrays, costs, treatment plan, etc.) better than any other dentist I've had. I was extremely anxious about going in due to COVID and they took every precaution necessary to provide a safe experience.

Most thorough cleaning ever. Beautiful offices. High tech. Friendly and competent staff and by far the most thorough exam. This was my first bit and very impressed having had a great dental office previously. Highly recommend this office.
