Dr. William Nguyen is one of two owners of Arte Dental, along with his wife, Dr. Hieu Le. He was named one of Americas Best Dentists for 7 years, and it shows in his work. Dr. Nguyen treats every patient as if they were family and even provides an annual Free Dental Day for people that are not financially able to have their treatment done. He takes his time to make sure every patient is as comfortable as possible and uses techniques that nearly eradicate any operative pain associated with dentistry. Most of his patients finish treatment with no noticeable pain or discomfort.

As he grew up in Arlington, Dr. Nguyen realized in high school that he wanted to become a dentist. He attended Temple College of Dentistry in Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2008 and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). In 2011, Dr. Nguyen opened his first practice, Arte DentalM. He spent the next three years at Arte Dental Dallas, primarily performing pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. After deciding it was time to open an office closer to home, he built Arte Dental McKinney in the summer of 2014. He offers a wide range of dentistry ranging from general dentistry (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.) to dental implants and Invisalign orthodontics.
Dr. Hieu Le is one of Americas Best Dentist for the past 7 years and one of Living Magazines official Super Docs for 5 years. Dr. Le is one of the most gentle and compassionate doctors you will ever meet. Her top priority is your comfort and dental care. She is experienced in providing gentle care to patients ranging from six months old to their upper 80s.
After graduating from Temple College of Dentistry in 2008, she spent a full year or more in offices that specialize in pediatric dentistry, endodontics (root canals), and general dentistry (restorative, fillings, crown, etc.) A huge benefit of working with a dentist that has extensive experience in so many fields of dentistry is that she is always prepared to handle anything.
Thanks to her diverse skill set, youre much less likely to play the run around referred out game. If you need a wisdom tooth extracted, shes got it. Root canal? No problem. Need an implant? Her implants are precision placed to the millimeter. No matter what your dental needs are, Dr. Le is here for you.
Dr. Ali Dawood grew up in Plano, TX and graduated from Plano West Senior High School. He then attended Baylor University for his undergrad program to help prepare him for his journey through dental school. Dr. Dawood then began his dental education at Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in South Jordan, UT, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
Before heading back to Texas, Dr. Dawood worked in Utah while his wife, Shaliza, completed her dental degree. During this time, Dr. Dawood had the opportunity to enhance his skillset in comprehensive family and cosmetic dentistry, and also the placement and restoration of dental implants.
Although Dr. Dawood earned his degree over five years ago, he vowed to never stop learning. Keeping up to date with the latest procedures and technology is important to Dr. Dawood so that he can ensure that he is providing his patients with a high level of care and comfort utilizing modern dental advancements.

My first visit and so far so good. No long wait time, and no high traffic/busy/ loud patient area like my previous dental office. Warm friendly staff. Also, the cost for an implant is about half the cost as my previous Dentist.

I've been a patient here for six years. Always beyond satisfied with the work done here. Kind and compassionate staff and doctors. Update: After almost 7 years of being a patient here along with my whole family, my two kids had their routine cleanings. Some new girl who never introduced herself cleaned their moths, hurt them. She even made a tiny gash in my son's gums(had to take him to a dr) when I brought all of this to Jacob's attention he told me he would look into it and get back to me. He never got back to me. Fast fed a few months later, they were scheduled for a cleaning July 5 this year, nobody called to inform me my insurance was no longer accepted. I got a call reminding me of the appointment and then I was told my insurance isn't accepted-I asked why I wasn't informed until just then. The secretary lied and said she had called and spoke to their father (what father? He's been gone for twelve years) which I stated and they mumbled to one another and tried to back peddle and then stated they left a voicemail and no they did not. I let Jacob know about this, told him I have phone logs on my phone etc and he didn't care. The whole place has gone downhill since these new hires. I never had any complaints about the place until then. Jacob doesn't care. That staff certainly doesn't care either. I also myself had their care plan I spent 300$ on and they got to keep that too. So they mutilated my kids' mouths, kept my money and lied about calling me. They also did their best to make my son feel bad the last year by telling him he doesn't brush right when he does and always has. Got a new dentist and they said his teeth are very clean and no cavities as usual. I still don't know the name of the hygienist that cut his mouth cause I'd like to sue her for medical bills.

Always a good. Staff and doctors are all so nice. Clean office. Respectful of your time. Super comfortable with tv, blanket and even a massage chair! Doc always takes time to explain. Highly recommend.

This was my 1st visit to Arte Dental and Orthodontics. I found Dr. William Nguyen to be very informative and thorough. His staff was friendly and efficient. Extensive x-rays were taken and my teeth were cleaned in addition to the exam. Great experience!!

I had a dental emergency and Arte Dental was able to see me, same day. I had called 5 other facilities before reaching Arte and not one could work me in, including my usual dentist (now previous dentist, after today). Dr. Dawood was very thorough, explained everything to me in detail, and made sure my questions were answered before I left. I am very happy with the experience and have found my new dentist!

Went for new patient free exam & x-ray (some restrictions may apply), + $89 cleaning. Refused to provide the cleaning because they determined I need deep cleaning (scaling/root planing). Still charged me $89 and when I inquired they said the qualifyer "some restrictions apply" is if you have periodontal condition which 47% of adults over 30 will have. So the promo is not honored for roughly half new patients? Misleading. My real dissapointment was for refusing to provide the cleaning more so than charging for a cleaning that never was. To the owner's response, I did not bring in an ad, it's on your website. Second, it is inappropriate to disclose a patient's medical history publicly. I advise you to remove it. Last your response speaks for itself, not a great PR for you.

If you are looking for a patient,thoughtful, extremely detailed oriented dentist then look no further. I've been to atleast a dozen dentist since I'm kind of a tough case and very picky. But this truly is a great doctor! They take care of me and my teeth quickly and efficiently, the team working with him is just as qualified.i can officially say I'm no longer afraid of the dentist!!
