Cyndy has over 35 years of experience in the dental field. She has been the office manager and right hand in our office since its inception. Cyndy became a Certified Dental Assistant in 1978 then went on to earn her Associate Degree in Health Sciences in 1979 from the New Hampshire Technical Institute. Her attention to detail and personal approach to patient service are special qualities of hers. She is a vital member of our team. Cyndy is married with three grown children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family. Cyndy is also an avid animal lover who has been known to adopt a stray from time to time.
I feel so lucky to be part of this great team. Over the years, I have had the chance to see how dentistry has evolved. I truly enjoy getting to know our patients, not only in regards to their dental needs but getting to know them as people.
Diane is a 1993 graduate of the New Hampshire Technical Institute where she earned her diploma in Dental Assisting with a certification in Radiology. Diane has been in the dental field for thirty years and is truly a wonderful caring person. She enjoys gardening, baking, sewing, and spending time with her husband.
I enjoy working with patients and making sure they have a comfortable experience while receiving dental care. Watching patients leave with a smile on their face, or sharing delicious recipes or my love of gardening with them is the favorite part of my day.
Rona is a graduate of the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at Massachusetts College of pharmacy and Health Sciences. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2009. Ronas knowledge and skills are essential for providing comprehensive dental hygiene care. Her goal is to promote oral health by delivering individualized hygiene services as well as educating patients on proper home care. Rona keeps up to date with dental practices and new products by regularly attending continuing education classes. Rona enjoys spending time with her family and loves playing tennis.
I take pride in my ability to establish a comfortable environment for my patients which allows me to provide them with the upmost level of care. I enjoy getting to know my patients while helping them achieve their dental health goals!
As a practice, we are true believers that preventive care and education are keys to great dental health. We strive to provide dental healthcare rather than disease care. That is why we focus on thorough exams checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking digital X-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, we are also concerned about your health. A review of your medial history and diet can help us stay informed about your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.
Infection control in our office is very important to us. To protect our patients, we strictly maintain and actually surpass the sterilization and cross contamination procedures recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control(CDC). The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water) which removes any chances for contamination from regular tap water such as that used in most offices.
As your dental health providers, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. To give you the best possible services and results, we are committed to continuing education. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques and the latest products to provide state-of-the art dental care. Also, being members of various professional dental associations help us stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash and personal checks. For our patients convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third party that helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.

Most ppl don't enjoy going to the dentist but I always have the most pleasant experience at Dr. Peter's office! The staff and hygienists are SO nice and accommodating, and so gentle when they are cleaning/flossing etc. Dr. Peter himself does incredible work- I have had caps and fillings and other stuff done and it's all been flawless, painless, convenient to schedule. Could not recommend highly enough!

Going to this dental office is a PLEASURE. Dr. Arsenault and his team could not be a kinder group of folks, who really "get it.". Excellent in both administrative tasks like scheduling and appointments, but also in dental work itself. Other medical offices could use this practice as a model on how to get it right. My husband and I both absolutely feel lucky to have found this practice. Wish I could award more stars!

Dr Arsenault is by far the best dentist that has ever worked on my teeth. I have no interest of ever going to another dentist. I have absolute confidence in his skill and never had a reason to question the office sanitation practices. I can't say the same for other dentist offices I've visited. Sure, it is possible to eventually find another skilled dentist. You may even be able to find a dentist that charges less by sacrificing quality work and using inferior materials. What makes this office stand out is simply Dr Peter Arsenault. He genuinely cares about people. He really is a fantastic dentist with outstanding character and high standards. He is trustworthy and honest. He IS the real deal. Of course, his staff is amazing in their own right. I don't believe anyone in that office would settle for less. I am not one to give recommendations lightly and seldom write reviews. I felt this was the least I could do for such a great human being. Who happens to be a great dentist.

Dr. Arsenault is one of the most down to earth and caring dentists you will ever meet. He was my instructor in dental school and I have recommended his office to many of my friends who are on the north shore. He taught me that listening to the patient's needs and addressing their concerns is our priority. We dentists are all trained in doing the actual work but knowing how to connect with people, understanding their needs and making them comfortable for any proceedure is a skill only a few have. Amazing personality and very high quality work. His new office is stunning and Dr. Arsenault has spared nothing to provide his patients with the most advanced technology and materials. He still teaches in Boston so his office hours are limited. If you are new to the area, I highly recommend a dental exam and consultation with Dr. Aresanult while he is still taking new patients.
