Another good visit to Arrowhead. Dr. Carleton and his assistant made the procedure quick, thorough and pleasant. I have always been uneasy about dental visits but not with this group.

I have always had wonderful care from Dr Carlson. Recently I received a message that I was due for a cleaning. I called the receptionist and told her I recently lost my dental insurance. She said "ok I will make a note, let us know if that changes" then click. Well I still need a teeth cleaning but I guess for arrowhead dental it's all about the money and not the person. She didn't even care enough to tell me what the cost would be without insurance. Very dissatisfied with arrowhead dental.

Go on Halloween like I have fir 2 years. The front desk staff will make you laugh.

Always nice to be able to pick up a conversation right where we left it on our last visit. Shows they care enough to know who I am. I feel like I'm not just another paying customer. I have value to their business. The staff all know me by name, and I am greeted by name as a walk in the door. Always a pleasant experience!

Very happy with my experience...was impressed with the entire staff, from the front desk to the hygienist (Erin) to Dr. Carlton. I highly recommend Arrowhead Family Dental.

I needed a tooth crowned and was a little nervous seeing it was my first time there getting work done on my teeth, I have to say it was a real good experience. Everyone is very nice, they are concerned about how you are feeling, and through my preparation of my tooth, I didn't feel any pain of any kind! Not even when was given novocaine . I would recommend arrowhead family dental to all my family and friends!
