Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

What can I say doctor Velesquez was incredible. I have a phobia of dentist and I find that arrowhead dentistry has been the best experience that I've ever had. I had to have a large cavity cavity filled and I never even felt the needle For numbing my mouth I am very very very happy thank you very much arrowhead dentistry

The young lady who did my x-rays very professional and explained everything very clear. Carol who did my cleaning, always a pleasure and always so so gentle and explains everything clearly Dr Mciver is always such a pleasure to have as my dentist, always very professional and funny, which makes me very relaxed and assured I'm in good hands

This review is long overdue.... Arrowhead dental & orthodontist is the BEST!!! I've been using this office for 6 months and the treatments here have been absolutely amazing. From the moment I scheduled my first appointment my experiences have been amazing and this office never fails to go above and beyond for me. I've had teeth extracted, cleanings and now braces installed and through it all they have made my process easy and comfortable.... Absolutely amazing staffing and a huge SHOUT OUT TO C'anna! I can not say enough good things about this dental group! From the front end staff, Natalie and Amanda are the ones I see the most but all others are just as amazing! The techs hygienists are wonderful as well I have never had a bad experience. They are all amazing!! Never once have I called with a problem they couldn't get me in and get it solved. They are all very compassionate and caring individuals! I have been through a lot of dentists and this office blows them all out of the water by far. Dr.McIver is so funny and you feel that he genially cares for you and your well being. Dr. Lamb and his whole group are amazing. Takes the time to make sure you are comfortable as possible even with the most invasive procedures. Cynthia is just the best. You can tell she really gives her all in her job and continuously ensuring your case is well taken care of and is forever giving updates on your case. Best dental office in the valley by far!!! I would recommend this group to anyone.

My experience with Shannon is always so amazing! She is ver informative. You can tell that she truly loves her job. I purchased teeth whitening gel and she explained everything to me step by step. I would totally recommend Shannon, Dr. Mciver and all of the staff members at arrowhead dental.

THE WROST EXPERIENCE I've EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! I went in for a root canal and it took him over 4 hours total and three visits and still not done!!! He drilled in my jaw bone!! In Excruciating pain for two months!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! He's the worst dentist ever!!! And I'm going to report him no one needs to experience The pain and suffering though.

From the moment I walked in, the air smelled pure and cool. The front desk gal was sweet and energetic. I think her name was See-anna(?). She greeted me with a smile and was very genuine when asking how my day was going. I only waited for a short period of time before I was seen by the Doc. As far as I am concerned, this is hands down the best dental place North Side of the Valley. I was pleased with my experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, and everything in-between. I left happy and satisfied. Thanks Arrowhead for "spearing" my day with a smile!!

BEWARE OF CROWN COVERAGE PROMISES - My first concern was I paid for the "in office crown". They promised the strongest material out there! Larry McIver DDS told me the crown was supposed to be a white crown, it looked quite grey and obvious. When I mentioned my concern he shrugged it off and said it was the "glue" under the crown. He took a concerning amount of time on the crown and I could tell he was frustrated. the office guarantees the crown if you come in every 6 months for cleaning. Well I am at 4.5 Years and they wanted to charge for practically the whole thing, they offered me $100 for the crown for the amount of time I had the crown! Also some deal I could spend $30 dollars and they would take another S100 off! what a deal for something supposedly covered by the office! I will say they did tell me I needed to come in every 6 months which was great until COVID hit I had done. I told the office staff that, she said they were open for emergencies.... Well ma'am 6 month cleanings are NOT emergent. perhaps they are and I am naive. Maybe I should have subjected myself risking someone getting in my mouth during COVID. I can be accountable and admit I was not following up every 6 months. Save yourself the hassle and broken promises and find another DDS. This office is a SCAM with their junk crowns.
