Carter Christensen received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the Brigham Young University and graduated from Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Christensen, owner of Zephyr Cove Dental Center and Arrowhead Dental Center, offers the full spectrum of dental services but he especially enjoys practicing with the latest technology and excels in implant placement. Patient care and comfort is of utmost importance to him. As a devoted husband and father of five, Dr. Christensen's greatest hobby is spending time with his family. He also follows sports, enjoys soccer and mountain biking.
Dr. Payden Wildman is from Logan Utah. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Utah State University he received his Dental Degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in New York State. He continually takes CE courses to remain current with the latest dental technology and is a member of the American Dental Association. Dr Wildman has wanted to be a dentist since Elementary School, he knows he chose the right profession because he loves being a dentist.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

I would recommend Arrowhead Dental to everyone. Their office is clean and welcoming. The people that work the front desk are courteous and helpful. The hygienist is easy to work with and is very professional and nice. Dr. Payden Wildman Is also very professional and is very competent

Dr. Payden Wildman and the entire staff at Arrowhead Dental Clinic are a highly trained, extremely competent and effective team. Dr. Wildman is thorough in his examinations, precise in his diagnosis, explanations, and expedient in completing his work. His office runs smoothly and effectively with the use of the latest technology for dental practice. Dr. Wildman replaced two crowns for me using a process by which all crown work was done in one visit per tooth. Crowns are molded, created and installed by prepping the tooth, creating the crown in-office, and installing it--all in one visit. It is well worth the drive from Reno or Carson City to have work done at the Arrowhead Dental Center by Dr. Wildman!

Our prior dentist retired and my husband and I are in search for another place where we can feel comfortable going to. The facility is clean and well maintained. Angela at the reception is such an asset to any organization. Not only does she made you feel at ease but genuinely go above and beyond, to make you feel comfortable. Meghan, the dental asst. is so comforting thru the Xray process and Emma, the dental hygienist was really compassionate and emphatized with me thru all my wincing during the cleaning. Dr. Wildman made us feel at ease and respected. He was professional and very thorough. He found a patch on my husband's palate and referred us to an oral surgeon in the air of caution; and we appreciate that, given the fact that my husband is a cancer survivor. Definitely a very good impression and a good start for what we hope to be a long relationship. Thank you for the positive overall experience.

I am Absolutely Amazed!! Arrowhead Dental is Awesome!! They are very Helpful, Friendly and Compassionate...and Fast! Unfortunately, I had to have a back Molar pulled and for the absolute First Time Ever, I felt NO Pain! NONE What-so-ever!! I am so Impressed and Dr Christensen is Absolutely Amazing!! I'll be back for ll my dental needs!

I went to Arrowhead Dental Center for the first time today. I was so impressed with how quickly I got signed in and I only sat down for a minute before I was called in. I love the Dentists there and the gals assisting were so nice. I am soo glad I choose them. They discussed the issues and costs and explained my options. I just knew they were the Dentists I needed.
