A graduate of Westminster HIgh School,Dr. Marquez then attended Seattle University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in General Science. She started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant for Colorado Coalition for the Homeless. During this period Dr. Marquez decided to commit herself to the practice of dentistry and attended Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
After dental school, Dr. Marquez worked in dental practices in Seattle, Chicago, and Denver where she gained expertise in all areas of general dentistry, restorative dentistry, endodontics, Invisalign, and dental implant restorations. She opened Arrow Dental as a solo practitioner in 2017.
Dr. Marquez has always been active in community outreach and served in programs such as Medical Teams International in Seattle and Remote Area Medical in the Chicago area. She was also part of the 1000 Smiles Project, where she traveled to Jamaica to provide dental education and care such as extractions, cleanings, and restorative treatments to Jamaican citizens.
In her free time, Dr. Marquez enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, family and friends, and their two dogs, Henry and Charlee. They love traveling and trying out new restaurants. Dr. Marquez also enjoys DIY and craft projects around the house.
