I have been going here since I moved to Pearland about 10 years ago. I had been needing to get my kids in since Covid, with school sports schedule etc it's been complicated. None the less I go in for their apt last week just to be told to go back at 2 pm, 3 hrs after their initial appointment, when they could have easily called me to reschedule. I could not wait 3 hours because my son was due at a scrimmage and we weren't going to have enough time. So they had to reschedule their appointments at the last minute. Unfortunately I had to call the morning of the appointment to reschedule because of my sons school changed their schedule and I was told I was going to be charged $30 for each cancellation!! Seriously I was only rescheduled because their office failed to call me ahead of time to let me know they were running 3 hours behind and without getting upset or saying anything I happily rescheduled for the day before my kids went back to school!! Now that I had to reschedule I have to pay $30??? WORST customer service and the front desk as nice as she usually is had an attitude about me having to reschedule the day of!! Remember I got my kids up and ready and drove all the way to their office just to be told to reschedule, but I call to reschedule and Im being charged?? By the way without a call the day before as a reminder, like most dentists. I will NEVER go here again!!

Didn't go to the dentist in over a decade and had wisdom teeth, a bunch of cavities and 2 chipped teeth. Franklin (one of the dentists) fixed it all for me painlessly and efficiently as possible. He was the best dentist I've ever had.

Love, love, love them! Both my two toddlers and I see Dr. Lee and she's amazing. She takes her time and makes sure it's done correctly. In doing cleanings she does them herself not a hygienist which I love even more! The office staff are also very friendly. Would definitely recommend for children and adults.

I was seen by Dr. Duong for a deep cleaning last week. He was very polite, answered all my questions and was very forthcoming with his recommendations rather than trying to make money. I was satisfied with Dr. Tran when I came last year but his associate is just as thorough. Nancy by the front desk is also super helpful and accommodating of my schedule. I'll make sure to return for the 6 month cleaning this time.

So I was scheduled for my baby tooth to be removed. But instead of removing that, they removed one of my adult teeth. Also the 5 star reviews are lying, womp womp wommmp.

Dr. Tran helped me with an emergency tooth issue and accepted my appointment the same day I called. I went to two previous doctors for the same issue who were unable to identify my problem. Dr. Tran determined my problem and performed an emergency root canal the same day and alleviated the tremendous pain I was in. He is a great doctor and his staff is also excellent. Go out of your way to come to Aaron Dental.

Highly recommend Arrow Dental. Dr. Tran is the best!! He takes time to explain everything and to make sure that you are comfortable and pain free.

Been a patient there since they first open. My kids love it there! Excellent service and Dr. Andrew is very thorough and answer any questions you may have. Would recommend arrow dental to anyone!

My daughters dentist, Dr.Tran has worked miracles on her teeth since having her braces. At one point she even stopped smiling, now with here braces...she can't stop smiling and laughing again!!
