Arrow Dental is an Oregon-based dental care organization that offers routine care, restorative therapy and other specialty services to Medicaid and private insurance members throughout the state of Oregon.

With offices in Astoria, Clatskanie, Eugene, Milwaukie and Salem, we are committed to providing communities dental care within a friendly and welcoming environment. Each location accepts new patients and offers a range of dental services from basic checkups to same-day emergency services.
We also have a mobile clinic that travels to schools and other sites in Oregon. Our state-of-the-art van includes a full-time dentist and staff that provide free dental services and education about the importance of good health to underserved children and communities.

I've had great experience with them evertime. I have dental anxiety and the staff is very understanding with this and make me feel as comfortable as possible. This front staff has always been friendly and helpful.i enjoy coming here to this location

Why do they have emergency help but don't help you. Went in twice in one day. 745 was. Late 5min. Turned away, 1245 got in waited 2.5 hrs to be told extraction needed and rescheduled till December. Are you kidding me. The tooth can be infected worse. Didn't even get antibiotics. Don't know if I'm going back.

They pulled my teeth then made me wait over two months and still don't have my dentures.( lost over 30 lbs ) there denturist only works one day every two weeks.My first appointment was on January 17 and I won't get my dentures until June 30th at the earliest I have not had any teeth for 4 months lost 40 pounds I'm in stage 4 kiddney failure and they said they would fast track me and did nothing. Don't use them if at all possible.

This place is awesome everybody there was so nice and friendly I had two teeth pulled and it didn't hurt at all the dentist was so nice and patient with me and explained everything. And the girls at the front desk were awesome too.

Thank you LANCASTER DENTAL for helping me when Arrow horribly failed!! Arrow wanted me to wait 4mo in excruciating pain for a simple extraction and LANCASTER helped me the same day!! Arrow is awful and I would rather pay out of pocket to go to Lancaster than to EVER step foot in your office again! Shame on you!!!! Edit: Had to edit my 5 to a 1 star! How dare this clinic make someone wait 2mo for treatment then call 2hrs before an appointment and tell me you didn't get the release from my dr and you have to cancel my appointment?!?!?! When I booked my appt with you I was told a release was needed sure to my blood pressure, okay no problem, I asked if anything would need to be done on my end and was told, verbatim "nope. We'll get it taken care of before your appointment" to which I responded "let.me know if there are any problems. A month ago I went in and gave BP for this clearance, I heard NOTHING from this dentist that thry hadn't received it until a call 2hrs before my appointment to cancel on me?!?! I am in horrible pain and have been counting down the days to this appointment! Now in tears and hurting I am at a loss! Horrible horrible place!

There is a serious problem with my teeth. I need root canal treatment, extracting wisdom teeth and filling teeth. As a result, only three wisdom teeth have been pulled out after waiting for a year. The teeth of the two root canal need to be pulled out in the end. It's too rubbish.

The front desk staff were very polite, the dental assistant was very patient and nice, however the dentist was not accommodating to my child with ADHD/SPD and refused to treat him. I was open and honest upfront about his anxieties, they told me they could see him, but then when it came time for the appointment the dentist himself refused to do his cleaning and was very unprofessional with his communication regarding this manner. Very disappointed with our experience here.

Arrow dental sucks don't ever go here! They're never on time with your appointment. And in order to get an appointment you have to call early in the morning, different staff every time I come in. Crazy

To be completely honest I really enjoyed the staff and I felt they were, for the most part, very friendly and helpful. I did not have any major terrible experiences aside from struggles to make appointments or things like that. My issues came down to lack of planning or action regarding future work and preventative work. Teeth would be breaking due to overuse and needed a partial or dental, but they would make appointments for months later, and instead of working on a partial, they would take impressions. Again, and again, and again. Over two years they pushed off work on the partial or a denture to take new impressions and refused to move forward, saying they needed to wait and we couldn't make appointments in advance. By the time we left and got a partial, denture, and teeth extracted, all within a couple months, Arrow dental had spent years doing patch up work that amounted to nothing. Like I said earlier, I had good experiences with the staff on a personal level, and I never experienced major pain or issues during procedures, but the lack of care with long term health was terrible.

Very bad experience, I had appointments for both of my kids for two months, got my son checked in, his temperature was fine. My son is a heavy breather and because of that they said he was sick and they wouldn't be able to finish his appointment and since my daughter is in the same household they went ahead and cancelled her appointment too. I will never go back there!!!!!!

If you need a dentist, call the number on your card and get a different provider!!! This place is ridiculous. They are always behind , yes I waited an hour for a 5 min appt. they are super understaffed and will reschedule your appt and then the next appt will be 2 months later. they will cancel your appt and not tell you. You won't get gas asked for it but didn't receive if and I have really bad anxiety. Throw all your expectations out the window. If you choose to go here don't say I didn't warn ya!

Dr. Lin & his staff were excellent providers! Had he been my dentist years ago I'd likely still have my natural teeth. He was VERY patient, understanding & did meticulous work on my newdentures. He was a godsend. My new dentures take at least 10 years aging away!! So so happy!

They seem to be doing the best they can with limited resources. Dentist was helpful, but limited by insurance.
