Where do I start? The receptionist who ridicules patients about the care of their teeth in front of EVERYONE? yeah the lady that sits to the right when you walk in was loudly telling a young man that he was "too young" to be getting a tooth pulled, going on and on embarrassing him in front of everyone in the lobby. It doesn't end there. They left me sitting in the clinic for an emergency for 3 hours, eventually leaving because I had to pick up my kids from school. Then I come back because this is the office I was so lucky to be assigned to to see if they could finally care for my dental issue only for them to tell me that a "surgeon" will contact me For a distraction in 6 weeks Since when do you need a surgeon to do this?! I don't need to be put under to remove one tooth.

Dr. Lin, DDS, D-ABDSM professional, kind, caring, and by far one of the nicest human you'll ever meet My brother has neglected his teeth for 30 years. Now 63 years old following a stroke and heart attack he decided to get rid of the pain and go to the dentist My brother is in alcohol and drug treatment recovery Dr. Lin always treats him like any other person. his care treatment has been great. As a caregiver I meet many doctors and nurses. Dr. Lin is at the top of my list. People review staff as not so great, get past that front office because the greatness is the dentist and you are going to be in the best possible dental care ever with Dr.Lin DDS. FYI front office has always been fine when I was there.

Booked an appointment 4 months ago for my daughters. Showed up for appointment and waited 15 minutes in the lobby before being helped. When we're told our appointments have been cancelled and supposedly they had called to leave a VM but my VM wasn't setup? Weird, because it is totally set-up. Further more I have no missed calls from them. Waisted 1.5 of PTO because of this. Receptionist asked when we would like to reschedule. I said we wouldn't. Finding a different dentist.

Saw me twice and did literally no cleaning or treatment. Refused to clean my teeth because of my high blood pressure, even though I just got off the phone with another dental clinic that said that is outdated advice and it would have no bearing on their care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The receptionists, dentists and staff here are amazing! I have severe dental anxiety and they were more than understanding of this. Arrow dental was kind as well as informative with the process of the work I will be having done. I left my xray appointment with a smile on my face. Thank you all!

Run! RUN!! NOW!!! Any positive review of this place is an absolute lie. They were supposed to remove my friends baby teeth 5 years ago but decided to leave them until now so they could get thoroughly infected. My friend is 16. I'm just getting started. They did not give her even remotely a proper amount anesthesia. They neeled against her chest and proceeded to deeply deeply cut her gums and lips open. She left shaking and crying after they told her they didn't have time to finish the procedure. She's in so much pain she can't even open her mouth and it wasn't even covered by insurance. It was $500 for the unfinished "procedure". I hope this place is shut down and the "dentists" are banned from practicing for the rest of their lives.

If your insurance sends you here, ask for another clinic! Everyone understands covid backed up the medical fields but Arrow dental has no compassion for their clients. The reception is rude and condescending and refuses to help clients. In 9 months of trying to schedule a new patient and a procedure it took 3 attempts to get my new patient apt (twice they canceled on me - blaming me both times! Like I was somehow imposing by trying to book an appointment) then when I finally got my X-rays, my procedure was split into two sessions. During my time I waiting in the lobby one receptionist did nothing but call other clients and cancel their appointments! The 2nd session, they called the week before to confirm, which I confirmed. Then the afternoon before my appointment (less than 24 hours) they called me to cancel it! Not only that but when I tried stressing how important it was and how I've waited patiently for my turn the receptionist gave me attitude, told me there were no openings for the next four weeks and hung up on me.

The best customer service. It has been over a year since my son has been there. Due to insurance. The dentist was very nice and explained the process for his teeth and what is gonna be done. I have a 7 month old baby and signing all the paperwork while feeding him was a bit hard but when I had to feed him they helped me so much and of corse they asked first if that was ok with me. They where so sweet and I am great full. It's hard bringing a baby to any appointment. Thankyou!!!!

Every appointment is 6 months out. They said they would fix my teeth and they didn't. They scheduled me for an appointment 6 more months out. Well long story short the tooth I wanted fixed isn't reparable 365 days later.

My dentist was Professional, friendly, knowledgeable! He discussed with me what the procedure would be to get new DENTURES. The wait time was pretty short. The dental staff was great & Upon receiving my new dentures, trying them on with the dentist present, I was excited & overwhelmed! There was just one problem & now it's turned into more than one problem! Previously I had discussed w/the dentist my request for an overbite on denture! In my excitement, I did not notice this error until later! And now, two years have gone by! My DENTURES are thinning, discoloring & the quality appears to be faulty & of course the bottom denture sits in cub bored ! Is scary to to have all your teeth extracted! You must have faith & trust that your dentist knows what is the best Alternative for you appearance, quality, fit & Longevity of the dentures! I'm a senior on fixed income & the insurance has guidelines for low-income patients! One rule is your unable to receive any dentures for 10 yrs., unless the company/dentist w/work with me!!! I have emailed this location & Co., to request a new pair of dentures & discuss a mutual resolution! Since, I spent the time on hold on the phone to get answers on this issue w/the proper channels! It appears somebody is making $$ on cheap products! I have emailed Arrow Dental in hopes they w/work w/me to have a brighter smile before I die!! i sure hope I w/be able to get a new, proper & quality pair of dentures, free of charge! As a low income senior, I am retired Single and on a very strict budget. Rarely affording groceries! I am really hoping that they will work with me if this happens & I am happy with their work. You'll be able to see my next review to let you know how proud I am to be an Arrow Dental patient! We'll see if anyone is able to help on this problem or maybe discounted mini implants! I would be forever gratful! My gand boys

My fiance has been trying to get in to various dentists around the Portland metro area to take care of his severe wisdom tooth infection. No one seemed to take his pain seriously and it ended up taking two months to finally find this wonderful place, but they fixed him up the day after we called. OHSU wouldn't give him the time of day and kept telling him to just call back later in the week because they were so busy. For THREE weeks he fought with that dentist office to try to get in and get it taken care of, all with a dangerous infection in his tooth. Thankfully, the caring people at this clinic made time for an emergency appointment and he's finally out of pain after two months of fighting for himself. Thank you so much to the wonderful doctors, techs, assistants, and receptionists for helping him get his happy self back

they are not accommodating to people with disabilities, and would make snide remarks when i was overstimulated (due to them not completely numbing my mouth and then ignoring my hand signals to let them know) and when i asked for darker sunglasses and my headphones, was told "its okay, youre a grown up, be a big girl without them for 10 minutes" i am autistic, and transgender. they misgendered and belittled me. I also was waiting for almost a year and a half for a cleaning, they canceled and canceled and a few times, hung up when i tried to reschedule or sidnt return my calls at all. Honestly the most traumatizing dental experience I have had, and i am going to be filing a complaint bc they dont even treat their patients as humans, at least not the disabled transgender ones.

Tried to make an emergency appointment several times as I have been in pain for over a month. I was told to call at 8:00 in the morning to schedule an emergency appointment. Called several times, left messages, no response. They have me on a 7+ month wait list even though I am in PAIN. I feel I am being denied my RIGHT to receive proper health care. I will be reporting Arrow Dental to the Oregon Health Authority, Oregon health share, OSHA, any place I can. If you are so BEHIND on appointments why are you guys closed Friday-Sunday? I hope this place gets fined and the ones responsible for denying health care are held responsible. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE.

Absolutely terrible. They canceled my emergency appointment the moment I walked in. It's almost impossible to make an appointment. This is the only place my insurance takes but I'm choosing to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket. Also the people running the phones were very rude

Had a lot of trouble actually getting any kind of appointment. However once I was able to see the dentist they were fantastic. Dr. Kerry and all the assistants were great. They were training a new front desk lady but she was very nice.

I had another wonderful trip to Arrow Dental today. No sarcasm. I got my teeth cleaned and she was gentle and very very thorough. My previous visit was amazing they were so kind to me. They did a full exam. And the dentist filled the cavity that a month prior Dr. DMD Ramirez at Willamette Dental supposably Hadfield! she numbed my mouth up drilled on that tooth and put a filling in but didn't touch the cavity. The wonderful dentist at Arrow Dental filled the cavity without any pain. after the novocaine went away I still didn't have any pain in that area she did a great job. It seems to be run more like a private practice dentist office. They definitely don't treat you badly for having Oregon Health Plan. I had the best care there even better than at my private Care dentist office. And I have been going there for 30 years. I can't say enough about this place. I've had four visits and they've all been amazing. And the office gals are wonderful they are fast to answer the phone and very very helpful
