Greedy dentist that can't hire more people to actually get people proper care. Being told a one year or more wait time is what people are looking at. And im even on their so called CaNceLatIoN LiST! SMH Go somewhere else they said they even don't have another facility in lane county

Ana B is a top notch hygienist. I have learned more than a few important ways to take care of my teeth that I hadn't known before. Thank you Ana!

Staff was great, main Dentist is AWFUL! I had been going there for 2 years complaining of wisdom pain, she would not listen to me and would tell me to wait it out. Finally I go to a different Dentist and come to find out all 3 of my wisdom teeth left were completely impacted and would never come through on their own. Such a waste of my time and such a know it all! I recommend literally anywhere else! :) New dentist is so much better!

Awesome experience! I haven't been to the dentist in about 12 years and had some pretty bad anxiety going in, but all three women (receptionist, tech and dentist) were all amazing, sweet and understanding! Dr. Ansari was very calming and kind, the space was clean bright and very quick. Would recommend this clinic to anyone :)

These folks have been very patient with me and the front desk ladies are some of the friendliest understanding people. Quality work + Prompt/Thoroughness.

I wish I would remember the name of my last dentist - slightly older guy, perhaps my dad's age, was very gentle and kind while providing the best cleaning I've had. Very much appreciated. Also how they work with their patients on scheduling, very understanding of different schedule needs. Great office.

WORST experience!!! The staff are rude, I got a tooth pulled this summer that they didn't even numb all the way, I came in again after being told not to schedule a regular appointment but to call at 7am for an emergency appointment and after weeks of not being seen that way I made a normal appointment, specifying that I needed teeth pulled. The day before my appointment I was in so much pain I couldn't eat, drink or sleep. I went to my appointment, the assistant wouldn't even let me finish speaking, she kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell her about my teeth. . She was not gentle with the X-ray, i was in tears from the pain. They let me sit there about 40 minutes in pain and then came in and told me they were no going to pull my teeth that day. They said my teeth were infected and they couldn't do it. I really think the dentist just wanted to go home to dinner and I understand that but that's his job and he needs to actually do it or find a different job. I went to a different dentist the next day and was told i had no infection in my teeth or gums . Arrow dental wanted to make me wait a whole month in extreme pain until that particular dentist had an opening. I asked them if they had anyone else working with an opening sooner and they said yes but he wanted to be the one to do it and refused to let me schedule with anyone else. This mf was gonna let me suffer for a month to line his own pocket!! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional

I came in for a cleaning. They gave me pointless x-rays and exams to tell me I needed a cleaning. So, I needed to come back another day for this . Wasted my time. Next time I will just pay out of pocket instead of having to go here through insurance. Lousy operation they got going on.

No Stars, if I could. Its been a few months since my last fill and I am still dealing with the repercussions of going to them. I had OHP insurance from pregnancy so I figured this would be the best time to fix my teeth, i didn't know what i got myself into. First off getting an appointment with them is ridiculous. I went in due to having a chipped tooth, the front of the tooth chipped but I still had a good amount of the back of the tooth. They recommended a root canal and thought it would be a quick fix because thats what I am used to but the dentist said hes not a pro at it so itll take a little longer. They booked my root canal about 3 weeks later. When they completed the root canal I felt my entire tooth gone and shaved down to my gum. They had a hard time attaching a temporary and said try to book an appt asap for a crown when I have around $700 or so. They booked my next appointment and it was 2 months out for a full work up (whatever that means). About 3 weeks later the temporary fell off. Because I couldn't get in any sooner, I waited until my next appointment and mentioned the temp came off. They proceeded with telling me they cant do a crown anymore bc too much of the tooth broke off and when I have better insurance I should look into an implant or now i can pay $895 for a denture. I have had a root canal before and never did they shave down the entire tooth. Now its my fault and I have huge whole in my smile unless I get a denture. This full work up appointment I thought Okay I'll have more work done and they got me in and out of there in 15 min for just x-rays, when initially i thought he booked a 90 min appointment to finally get something else done, anything, I had a cavity they could have taken care of but no, just in and out and sent me on my way for another 2 month wait. Before moving to Oregon I had a root canal done in LA so I wanted to look into getting a crown for that tooth, but instead the doctor decided to use regular filling which it thought was strange but maybe this is an alternative so I didn't think to question. After all he's the dentist and should know what he's doing. My fault for not questioning. The following days I could tell something was wrong and it seemed sore and i noticed it bled a lot when I flossed and brushed. Suddenly I noticed my gum was growing in between the teeth and slowly its been breaking apart to the point that I have another tooth missing because the filling broke apart and took my tooth with it. I never went back for another visit, nor called for free work because i dont trust the dentist at this practice. The appointment i had to follow up my fill was cancelled and they called to reschedule after i had already being 2 months out. In addition the dental technician that checked me in badgered me about being late bc there was a misunderstanding with the appointment time. I work in health care, never have we treated our client as such for being late when they had actually called me to come in later. On top of that I have a baby i take in with me no empathy from this lady at all when it wasn't even my fault she didnt know they wanted me there at 8 not 7:30am. Anyways my hope in going to them was to finally work on my teeth, there are some issues that i acknowledge i had neglected to fix but it was time to take care of them. Now my teeth are 10x worse that when i initially went in and i have to pay so much more to get it fixed. Dont get me wrong staff besides that one dental technician seemed very nice and the dentists himself was very pleasant but the work is awful. I never ever write reviews much less a few months later. however because teeth are too precious and now its affecting how I eat, how I smile and how I feel about my appearance and until I can come up with implant money Im at a loss. i hope no one ever has to go through this.

Came in for an extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth. For the most part I felt very accommodated. I was having a lot of anxiety and they let me play music in my headphones. Only complaint was recovery was painful. I wasn't given anything for pain except for a recommendation to take ibuprofen.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!!!! 3 diffent dentists and 2 different denture specialist over a 7 month period. THEY ALL QUIT. My final product was trash and has to BE DONE ALL OVER AGAIN else where. The gurl hung up the phone on me when i called to complain. The earliest EMERGENCY appointment was 2 weeks They had the nerve to try sending me to another location 1 hr away after the lower partial denture they made pulled out my crown cap aftet 2 months time. You can't reach the corporate office and I had to file a complaint and the whole nine yards. 7 months or time wasted. I wouldn't recommend this torturous experience on anyone

Horrible. I waited six months to get an appointment only to go for just X-rays and get cleaning and a filling scheduled another six plus months out. Months later, both of those appointments got pushed back another two months due to "staffing shortages". I finally got "cleaning" that didn't even include polishing but did include a mouthful of awful fluoride wax that I had never experienced before. Then came the filling visit. Without so much as an introduction, the "dentist" jabbed a needle into my jaw so hard I could barely open it for the filling. Afterwards, they wouldn't finish adjusting my bite and told me to come back after the soreness wore off but now they tell me the soonest they can do it is one month or I can go try waiting in their office for four hours. I am in pain that they caused and now looking for another office. At this point they are so swamped with patients that they don't seem to care anymore. And they are not open on Fridays.
