Arrow Dental is an Oregon-based dental care organization that offers routine care, restorative therapy and other specialty services to Medicaid and private insurance members throughout the state of Oregon.

With offices in Astoria, Clatskanie, Eugene, Milwaukie and Salem, we are committed to providing communities dental care within a friendly and welcoming environment. Each location accepts new patients and offers a range of dental services from basic checkups to same-day emergency services.
We also have a mobile clinic that travels to schools and other sites in Oregon. Our state-of-the-art van includes a full-time dentist and staff that provide free dental services and education about the importance of good health to underserved children and communities.

Their staff seem nice and all, but I scheduled an appointment (for next week) three months ago because the Astoria Arrow had a longer wait period, and they only called me today after waiting this long and getting the time off at work to let me know I have to reschedule for another month out because no dentist will be in that day when that's the whole reason I made the initial appointment. I know it's probably not entirely their fault, and they've been nice both times I've talked to them, but I'm still really disappointed.

I have been going to arrow dental for a few years. When I have had infection in gums. I have called to get antibiotics they will not prescribe any until you come in . Which takes months to get in. I have had to go to er to get antibiotics. Its ridiculous that patients do not get the treatment they need. I am going to look for another dentist.office . Very unhappy.

Rename this place to AWFUL instead of ARROW!!! it took a month to be seen,*while having a cavity filled the dentist hit the nerve and now the nerve is dying infected and so PAINFUL! they won't give me any prescriptions or EVEN fix it because it's next to my nasal cavity so they screwed up my tooth and won't do anything to help me with it! I definitely would never ever go here if I were you*my experience has been awful completely completely completely completely AWFUL

I had the best dental experience of my life with Dr. Horani. Was very compassionate and went over best dental practices in great detail. I had a quick meeting with Dr. Mosley and I can see he is great too. I felt really cared about. The office itself is well-lit and modern, nice place to get work done. As of this writing they did lose a dentist and may be a bit short staffed. I wish them the best of luck in growing their team so they can resume their provision of urgent dental care

I have horrific dental anxiety, but everyone here is just so warm and friendly and non-judgey. I came in for a tooth infection and received wonderful care. I had to have the tooth out today, and Dr. Dave and Brandy were just amazing. They LISTENED well, and explained well, they were very gentle with me, and had that tooth out of my head in like 3-4 minutes after I was numbed up. I've never had a regular dentist before, but I will be using Dr. Dave from now on.

The dentist are nice, but the RECEPTIONIST is extremely RUDE. When they made an appointment with me and I called to confirm, the appointment mysteriously disappeared, making me change my schedule and appointment.

They can not follow a treatment plan. Because dentist do not stay at this clinic or formaly known as tyack. So treatment plans are ignored and the only one that suffers is the patience. I do not reconmend. Right does not know what the left hand is doing. Im sure if one has great Insurance they care is much better.

Receptionist was super rude...I like the dentist and assistants there..but one lady who takes appointments is really displeasing..leaves a bad taste in your mouth..No pun attended! Makes me not wanna go there anymore honestly

My wife and I have used this office for a few years now. We've never had an issue. The staff are attentive and kind and explain procedures. They accept Oregon Health Plan insurance and that's important to many, especially in rural areas. Recommended.

Used to be Tyack dental, was excellent, Arrow took over a few years ago, great value dental work by comparison. I got a terrible filling that is quite jagged after me asking the dentist to smooth it down twice after he tried to be done. My sister has also had poor experiences here. I will be looking for a new dental provider in the near future.

I'm not a big fan of the dentist but these are some of the best dentists you can go to thanks for telling me stuff my other dentists didn't thanks for going above and beyond
