Very disappointed I actually have to post this. We have been patients for awhile and when Covid hit they started charging for PPE equipment which they already get reimbursed from the insurance companies and wanted to charge patients more so they could get more money. Our insurance would not cover the cost and we found out other dentist were not doing this and we felt they were taking advantage of a national pandemic to benefit themselves. So after we submitted a dispute about it to the insurance company we got reimbursed for it. I was suppose to have an appointment for a check up snd I called to verify. The girl told me that because we disputed with the insurance company and they had to do work they are asking us to take our business somewhere else. Are you kidding me! At least send a note saying you want us to go somewhere else instead of having to call to verify an appointment you canceled. However it's probably a blessing in disguise that this happened because if this is they way they are operating a business they definitely don't have your best interest.

This place has up charged the young and old people. Always trying to charge for X-Rays when not needed. RipOff!! Beware!

I went in for two wisdom teeth to be Extracted and my yearly free check up and cleaning .. i personally watched the doctor tell my insurance company that he could do a full mouth clean in one service and then i was told it was still going to be covered.. not only did i pay a large amount out of pocket for the extractions i was not told or givin any antibiotics and my mouth became infected and painfull to find out going back they forgot to give them..now i just received another bill for over 600.00 dollars for my cleaning that was performed.. just to end the situation i asked them to work with me on the bill and they daid no..do not trust them and do not get worked on by them!!

I have now been going to Dr. Howard since 2012, when he squeezed me in on a Saturday. I have had much work done in the last several years including cleaning, crowns, extractions, and he fit me for invisalign. Every time I was told of the cost, and amount insurance may cover. In an emergency, he will fit you in....and what other dentist works Saturday. His staff is always great, and I will go back to him.

Horrible I have to agree with the post before mine! the worst dentist I have ever been to would not recommend to anyone ever!!!! I could clean my teeth better than they did! went for a cleaning and would never think twice to ever go back. They are only interested in your money from your insurance and getting as much as they can with as little service as possible. What a shame!

Both the staff and Dr. Howard are wonderful! They got me a next-day appointment for a chipped tooth. I was embarrassed to admit it had been years since my last dental cleaning due to that so-common fear of the dentist. They made me feel better about neglecting my routine visits, and in addition to taking care of my broken tooth, I got full x-rays and a game plan for getting a couple other issues squared away. I felt my childhood dental phobia fading away with all of the friendly banter and thorough explanations of everything. Highly recommended!

If I could rate with no stars, then I definitely would. I moved to the area a few months ago and wanted to find a good dentist to go to for my regular 6 month cleanings. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning and showed up 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork. When I arrived I started to fill everything out and was told that they could not verify my insurance so I would not be able to get anything done today. I was frustrated seeing that I woke up early to come to the appointment and the fact that they never verified the information that they made sure to get from me on the phone when I booked the appointment. I made another appointment during the week for a 4 pm appointment. Upon arriving a few minutes before 4 pm I was taken back to the room and told someone would be right with me. Not until 4:17 pm was I greeted and told that she would take my x-rays. After she completed them she told me that she would be back in about 8-10 minutes, as that is how long it takes for them to process. I sat there until 4:45 pm waiting, finally the dentist came in to ask why I was there and look at my teeth. After 5 minutes of that he walked away and the woman asked if I wanted to get my teeth cleaned today. I was surprised being that is exactly why I made the appointment in the first place. She said ok, that should be fine and walked in other room to grab something. In the mean time the dentist returned and asked me the same thing. It wasn't until I left that day that I realized they were asking because it was already 5pm and at that point they wanted to go home. Because of their poor planning and lack of time management they were trying to have me return to the office for a 3rd time. They ended up "cleaning" my teeth, but I will say that it was nothing more than I could have done at home with my toothbrush and floss. I go to the dentist every 6 months and have since I was a child, I have never had an experience like this. I am writing this to save anyone else from having to endure/waste their time.
