I take all three of my children to Dr Mike and his son (the other dr mike) the girls are so nice and they all know my kids by name and remember what sports and activities they like. The kids love getting fun colors on their braces and whenever they have a problem the dr makes sure they leave the office comfortable and Ruth at the front desk is so nice and does her best to make sure the appointments are as convenient as possible while I balance all the kids schedules. My oldest is about to get his braces off soon and they look great. I was referred by a friend who had the same great experience and I highly recommend both father and son.

I was referred to Dr.Arigos office by my dentist many years ago. I love how my teeth came out, the service I received and the clarity of what to expect during the whole process was clear. I was supper satisfied with the service I received which is the reason I came back to Dr. Arigo when my oldest daughter needed bracess. She received the same outstanding service as I did, and her teeth look great as well. I came back yesterday 5/14/21 with my 2nd daughter who needs braces. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The staff is supper friendly, the office is always clean, and Dr. Arigo is professional, clear, friendly and nice.

I started going there in mid 2018 and at first it was ok and what I would say as a pretty normal orthodontist office. Then I would start to experience long waits before/during appointments when I could literally see the orthodontists talking to one another and taking a break while I was sitting on the chair with an uncomfortable feeling in my mouth. One time they literally put me in a room, took out my bands, and then just left me there for 10 minutes. I got up and looked outside and some doctor would tell me angrily "Go back in there I'm not ready" as he was talking to another orthodontist. I wasn't even early or late and completely on time. I could tell that most of the staff especially Dr. Arrigo had very little patience as he'd always give vague instructions for what he wanted me to do like he'd say to close my mouth and then angrily say "No I mean leave it loose so I can close it myself" and then harshly close my mouth. Dr. Arrigo would always rest his arm on my head with his shoulder digging into my chest or my shoulder. I do not feel super comfortable in the office which I feel is a bad thing for an orthodontist. I'm not an orthodontist but I don't think this is standard protocol. I don't want to sound like I'm one of those people who just complain and you can say what you'd like but I would not recommend unless your absolutely desperate for an orthodontist and have no orthodontist office around.
