Arnold Family Dentistry is such a wonderful place! I had the best cleaning in my life by Nancy. No exaggeration, she worked hard to get my teeth so smooth and clean. Dr. Arnold is kind, friendly, and so efficient.! I highly recommend her and her staff.

Was a great place. No longer is. Paid all that money for partial's and I still have temporary not my permanent ones. I've cracked the temporary and can't even get them fixed. This is two years ago and I have to walk around with no front teeth. Very embarrassing

They got me right in for a minor dental issue that needed repaired as soon as possible because I am going on vacation this weekend. They were all so very kind and Dr. Arnold Is phenomenal - she's truly the best! This is my new home dentist!

Worst place ever. Do not go here. They let someone new do my fillings. Without supervision. I literally thought I was on punked. She was nervous and shaky. A tool literally went up my nose and she kept having me close my mouth without the filling cured. I have chunks of filling on the huge gash she gave me in my tongue. She also cut my gums and cheek and tonsil. I have been in severe pain for days. They also caused me to get a canker sore from pressing the tool against my lip onto my teeth causing a cut that turned to a canker sore. I'm not one to ever complain but this is literally the worst experience I've ever had. And I'm in a lot of pain. I called Wednesday and they said they would call to check on me and they never did. The least they could offer to do is send in an antibiotic because this could easily turn into an infection.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Arnold and her staff. We have been going to them for a few years now. I've had to have old fillings replaced that had cracked. She was patient with me allowing me to do them slowly as I could afford them. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist and the staff are so good with them. I highly recommend Arnold Family Dentistry and plan to be a patient for years to come!

This Dental Group has the most professional dental technicians that make you feel right at home. Nancy does an excellent job. All of the Dentist make you feel special and take care of your every need. Dr Kemper and Dr Arnold have given me Great dental care since going there.

Never come here!!!! Never!!! The owner just want money!!! I came here, no one even said good morning to me or my wife and actually, they was rude. At the end, we are here again because they work in my wife mouth and they hurt her so bad, she can't open the mouth like normally she did to eat and its been like more than 2 weeks and they said that is normal! In a different situation,This place is a mess! They said they accepted my insurance and like a week after they call me telling me I have to pay everything because they didn't accepted my insurance. Crazy!!!! Like in 2 days they report everything to my credit report!!! Horrible!!!! Worst place ever in Lexington!!! And they never said have a good day!

Dr Arnold and her entire staff are excellent. I have been going here 10 years and she has did some great work on my teeth. Never a problem getting in for emergency or appointments. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Initially went to Dr. Arnold due to an emergency involving a broken tooth and have continued treatment with her. The practice checks all the boxes. Professional, friendly, excellent dental work, excellent communication, great facility. Cannot say enough great things about Arnold Family Dentistry!

Update: I have now been a patient of Dr. Arnold for about 2 years. My teeth were in pretty rough shape when I started here. Now, I smile when I look at my smile. Dr. Arnold has given me my smile back. There are not enough stars for that. And as always, her staff is top notch. Everyone... every one... from beginning to end is a pleasure to deal with. They make what can be a hard time, much easier. A special Thank You to Laura. She makes the business end of the experience as painless as Dr. Arnold makes the procedures. Dr. Arnold has my full faith. A++++ -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I highly recommend Dr. Arnold and her entire staff. Not only is Dr. Arnold present and attentive during procedure, but her staff is skillful and aware of patient comfort. I have been a patient of Dr. Arnold for just over 6 weeks. I have neglected my teeth my entire adult life, over 20 years. I initially went to Dr. Arnold's office for a consult, to find out what could be done for my teeth. I expected the consult to be performed by an associate or hygenist. Not only did Dr. Arnold perform the entire exam and evaluation, but she also discussed in depth the condition of my teeth and what needed to be done. At no time did I feel rushed so she could move on to her next patient, and at no time did she fail to answer my questions, even when they were repetitive. After my consult with Dr. Arnold, I consulted with Laura, her office manager. We discussed in depth my options for the work needed. Not only was Laura patient with my questions, she made sure I understood all the options available to me and provided me with a printed report of all my options. And again, at no point was I pressured to undergo these procedures, they simply assessed my situation, and very concisely explained what they could do to help me. Six weeks later, and so far I have 2 root canals finished, and a filling. And honestly, I've felt more pain after a Motley Crue concert than I did after any of the procedures. Not only has Dr. Arnold been continually present and performing the procedures, but each and every member of her staff that assisted has been professional, the kind of people you take for granted until you're in a dentist chair. The quality of Dr. Arnold's staff is excellent. This is a relatively long review, but I've had a lot of work done. And frankly, I wanted to hold off on a review until I'd had a significant amount of work done. I thoroughly recommend Dr. Arnold and her staff. A+++
