Great experience from beginning to end. - Online forms before appointment made checking in so easy! - Was greeted by very professional staff on time - Was cared for like I was the only patient (and I'm a dental professional so I know they were BUSY) - Overall this team exceeded my expectations. I saw Dr Arnold today and as much as I hate going to the dentist I must say this was the best experience I have ever had. When I came in everybody was so friendly n sweet. As I waited I noticed as other patients came in the way they were greeted was more like family then customers which was so refreshing to see. I had broken a molar and was stressing cuz it was the anchor tooth for my bridge. Dr Arnold came in introduced himself and shook my hand. He was amazing. Friendly and warm. Long story short. They took xrays and he advised no need to worry. We talked for a bit and It was more like talking to a friend than being at the dentist. He advised i didn't need anything done. He was honest and explained in detail why I was good to go and why i didn't need to worry about the tooth. When I left and asked what do I owe, the kind woman at the desk said nothing. Your good! Its good to see an honest caring dr. I am going to use him for all my dental needs. All I can say is he and the staff are amazing. There arent enough stars to truly rate this place. And refreshing to see a Dr who truly cares about his patients n not just making money off of them I walked out relieved and amazed . You will not find a better dentist than this. Thank you Doc. You made my day n see you soon .

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being how much I dislike going to the dentist, I'm a solid 16. The entire team made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The dental tech was gentle and Dr. Arnold set my mind at ease. I have found a new dentist!

Dr. Arnold Dentistry office in Brandon is the best! Dr. Arnold is an excellent dentist and highly knowledgeable. He is up-to-date on new procedures and always looking out for what's best for his patients. He always puts his patients at ease - because going to the dentist is not fun! And he can be very funny - which helps scared or frightened patients (like me). His office is always clean. All rooms are equipped with televisions to help you relax, making you very comfortable during your visit. His entire office staff are amazing - from front desk to hygienists'! Scheduling appointments are easy as they always try to work you in and reminders are sent electronically. Wait time is minimal! I always recommend Dr. Arnold to my friends or to anyone looking for an excellent dentist! I highly recommend Arnold Dentistry! If you don't like your dentist - please give them a call - you will not regret it!
