Dr. Arnold is a proud Lexington native, where he attended the University of Kentucky for both his undergraduate and doctorate degrees. Finishing his dental training with highest distinction, Dr. Arnold went on to complete a General Practice Residency in the United States Airforce. In 1987, he returned to Lexington to begin in the practice that is Arnold Dental today.
Dr. Arnold is widely considered an expert in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He is one of less than a hundred Accredited Fellows in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the highest achievable credential. He is a contributing editor for the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry, has served as the Accreditation Chairman and Accreditation/Fellowship Examiner for the AACD, and is an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He has lectured all over the country, teaching other dentists how to practice the highest level of esthetic dentistry.
In his free time, Dr. Arnold cherishes spending time with his wife, Holly, and three daughters. He loves to golf, snow ski, and play with his two dogs, Tate and Ruby in addition to a nice glass of Kentucky bourbon.
Mike is a Lexington, Kentucky native. He earned his degree in dental technology from the University of Kentucky, where he finished at the top of his class. Mike honed his skills in dental ceramics for 10 years before joining forces with Dr. Fred in 1995. Mike has achieved his Accreditation and Fellowship in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), one of less than ten laboratory technicians ever to do so.
Mike is one of the most highly skilled master ceramists in the world. He serves as both an Accreditation and Fellowship Examiner for the AACD, on the editorial review board of the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry, and is a member of the elite group of global ceramists, Art & Experience.
