Anna Vasilev, DMD, is a highly-trained cosmetic dentist at Arnica Dental in Frisco, Texas. Her passion for dentistry combines skill and proficiency with a conservative restorative approach. She attributes her drive for excellence to her father, who is also a dentist and an oral surgeon.
Dr. Vasilev started her dental career in Russia, where she received intensive training in oral and maxilofacial surgery from her Doctor at Voronezh State Medical University. While there, she participated in research on bone preservation using synthetic bone grafting materials. After permanently moving to the United States and being highly motivated to obtain the best possible education, she graduated from the Ivy League School, University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2014 with degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Vasilev was extensively trained in clinical skills and through elective courses in community outreach, diversity training, practice management and dental liability.. Since graduating, Dr. Vasilev regularly participates in continuing education courses in all areas of dentistry to maintain progressive skills in a fast-evolving profession.
In her everyday practice, Dr. Vasilev incorporates the latest cutting-edge equipment and techniques, which include CBCT, lasers, plasma rich fibrin methods, and dental implants. Dr. Vasilev practices all aspects of general dentistry and receives much gratification from delivering high-quality, comprehensive family dentistry in a comfortable and ambient environment.
Having the soul of an artist and an eye for details, she took dental esthetic courses in Europe (Style italiano Esthetic Dentistry Techniques in Italy, and dental education clinic in Ukraine), as well as digital dental photography and Botox and facilal fillers courses with International Academyof Facial Aesthetics. Dr. Vasilev has taken courses with Hiossen for intermediate and advanced dental implant placement and management, the DIO digital academy for digital scanning, and pain management courses at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Vasilev is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. She annually attends the Greater New York Dental Meeting (NYC), the Southwest Dental Conference and DentalXP conference courses.

I hate going to dentist, I won't lie but Arnica Dental has proved that dentistry can be simple and painless experience. I did my root canal, and when it was checked by other dentist, he wouldn't stop making compliments on how well the job was done. I was impressed to say the list by Dr. Vasilev wealth of experience and knowledge. Not to mention, building is extremely nice, clean and comfortable. You can tell dental equipment are new and latest technologies. And she has an amazing team of assistants who will make you feel comfortable and welcome.

My 2nd time here for routine cleaning, xrays and exam was overall a great experience. The office is gorgeous, comfortable and top of the line equipment! The entire staff is professional, personable and wonderful! From the Xray Technician, assistant to Dr Anna they make you comfortable. Very impressed! Dr. Anna gave me enough time to discuss my teeth along with any issues and options if I wanted more treatment services. There location is excellent, convenient and close to medical offices and hospital along with right off the north Dallas tollway. I highly recommend this Dental practice.

Dr Anna Vasilev is a great professional doctor and a wonderful person. The staff both administrative and medical are very attentive. They are so friendly that you feel there like at home among friends . Arnica dental has a very elegant high class waiting area that makes you feel less nervous and relaxed.

For the first time in my life I experienced real service and care. This is not just a dental office, it is an example of a modern professional approach to dental treatment, but also like membership in a closed expensive club where you feel as comfortable, safe and cozy as at home. An indescribable feeling, you forget about all your problems, the employees of this clinic surround you with such care and comfort. Dr. Anna shows a surprisingly detailed individual approach to literally every tooth of yours. From her caring hands, you will never feel even a hint of a toothache. Together with assistant Natalya, I received not just treatment, but something more and valuable, as if let me into they family, protected and cared for, as if I were a very significant member of their family. And that's not all, after all this care, I was also very pleasantly surprised by the prices of this dental office, this is an individual approach to any financial situation. I highly recommend this clinic, it's just a dump of the head!

My first time here for routine cleaning, xrays and exam was overall a great experience. Positives: The office is gorgeous, comfortable and top of the line equipment! The Hygienist is wonderful and through. She makes you feel comfortable and explains as she goes. Very impressed! Dr Ann is excellent! She gave me enough time to discuss my teeth along with any issues and options if I wanted more treatment services. Only negative, being without insurance, a self pay, it was more expensive than most other Dentists along with being more than quoted on the phone with the front office at appointment scheduling. I do not have any major issues and like to get cleanings done 3 times a year and diligent on my daily oral care at home and felt this was more expensive here.

How was my experience at Arnica Dental you ask? "WOW"! Boy did I luck out. I recently got Dental Insurance and I randomly picked Arnica from a list of dentist that accepts my insurance. Arnica Dental is a nice place to go for your dental care. And they have the nicest "Office" bathroom I have ever seen. The staff was nice to me and kept me well informed on how much my insurance pays and how much was going to be out-of-pocket to me. Anna, my dentist, was so personable I feel at ease calling her by her first name. While there, I had an exam with xrays, a badly needed teeth cleaning, and same-day service on the filling of 3 cavities they found. Speaking to Anna's technical skill I can report I felt no pain during the process. I can also report from my patient perspective that I received the most thorough teeth cleaning ever. You should go to this dentist. I plan on going back ... and when I do I am going to ask Irica or is it Irina, the receptionist, why is the place named Arnica what does it mean?

HIGHLY recommend!! Dr. Anna and her staff are so sweet and professional. I've had a lot of dental work done in my life and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Dr. Anna truly cares about the details of your smile and wants it to look exactly how you would like. I've had an uneven tooth in the front for years and was previously told would be difficult to fix. Dr. Anna fixed it in her office in about 30 minutes, no problem and it looks amazing. In addition, I needed three cavities filled, one very deep, and she made sure it was completely painless. I can't rave enough about this place. Dr. Anna and her staff go above and beyond. Also, the office is gorgeous. Best dental experience I've ever had. You should go here.
