Is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, School of Dentistry Class of 2006. In 2007, he had the opportunity to join the practice with Dr. Gary Lewis. Dr. Hugh was born and raised here in Jesup, so it is great to have him back home. Dr. Hugh is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Southeastern District Dental Society, the Jesup Rotary Club and the First United Methodist Church of Jesup.In his spare time,Dr. Hugh enjoys spending time with his wife, Carla, and their children Caroline, Tripp and Cate. They enjoy going to the beach, biking and watching movies.
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Brandi Collins who is married to Blake has a son, Dylan, and a daughter, Mila. Brandi graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2006 where she received an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Brandi is a native to Tattnall County. She loves dirt roads, bonfires and fishing when she's not here making out patients' smiles sparkle!
Amy Volskay is married to Alan Volskay, and they have three wonderful sons. The two oldest, Joshua and Jacob, are serving as United States Marines and the youngest, Jonathan, is attending Georgia Southern University. Amy moved to Jesup from Statesboro in 2017 when her husband was transferred with Georgia Power. She joined Dr Armstrong's team at that time, and has enjoyed getting to know the friendly people of Wayne County. Amy graduated from Macon State College, and has been a Dental Hygienist for over thirty years. When she's not teaching her patients about good oral hygiene you'll find her relaxing on the beach or working in her yard.
Jennifer Kirkland has been with Armstrong Family Dentistry as a dental assistant since 2013. She has two beautiful twin daughters, Addison an Ansley. In her spare time she enjoys buggy riding, going to the river and days at the beach. She loves her job and enjoys making patients feel comfortable in the dental setting.
Britany Wilkerson joined Armstrong Family Dentistry in 2016 as a dental assistant. She has two amazing kids Bryce who is 9 and Emory who is 5. She enjoys being at the ball park watching her kids play sports and spending time with family and friends. She loves her job an enjoys meeting an talking with patients.
Chelsea Goarcke is a dental assistant for Dr Hugh Armstrong. She was raised in Woodstock, Ga an moved to Jesup in 2012 where she began her career as a dental assistant. She is married to Josh Goarcke an together they have two beautiful children. She loves her job as a dental assistant, her goal is to make her patients as comfortable as possible while in the dental chair.
Della Swain is our financial coordinator. She started with Armstrong Family Dentistry in November of 2017 after deciding to leave banking. Della has 20+ years experience in banking and accounting. She and her husband Spud have two children. Seth who graduated in 2018 and Lacey who will graduate in 2021. They enjoy hunting, fishing and summer days at the lake or river. Della loves helping patients with their financial and insurance needs.
Toni Bennett our office manager since 1996 has lived in Wayne County all her life Go Jackets. She and her husband Danny have two daughters, Nicole Wingate and Jodi Kirkland and four wonderful grandchildren. During her off hours, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling to different places. She is only a phone call away to help our patients with their scheduling and dental needs.

Very kind and compassionate showing concern for you the patient asking questions to help them fully understand the reasons for your visit visit , very, very clean from the minute you walk through the main doors into the lobby and to the patient room ,reasonable prices to me even when calling them the day of and getting seen the same day. I will definitely recommend Armstrong Family Dentistry to anyone in need of a family dentist and give this great team a try and find out for yourselves. Sincerely Richard.

I love having my teeth cleaned... simething I like to do every 3 months.... but I despise picking and scaling .... CAVITRON is the inly way to go and now ProthyJet for polishing!!!!! I went with my sisters and they were rude just because we were 5 minutes late and we were late for reasons and my mom told them we were going to be late and they said it's okay that they will receive us but when we arrived there they made those 5 minutes an issue and we asked if we could reschedule for another day and the receptionist said no because after you miss an appointment with Dr. Armstrong you won't be received again. So my experience was not good as my first time being there and the receptionist was just shaking her head at us for being 5 minutes late she made us feel like we disappointed her. We did apologized for being late because we didn't do it intentionally.

Very disappointed in how incredibly rude the receptionist was to my sisters when they arrived earlier today. This place seems to only accept people who are known for their last name and money. Also read in a previous review how they don't accept certain people with certain healthcare's because they "don't want to wait that long for the money to come in", if that says ANYTHING about this place. Would recommend a more welcoming environment.

It was my first visit to this office, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff was very professional and respectful to the full extent! I drove from Hazlehurst and I would suggest anyone looking for an amazing dental staff even outside of Jesup to give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!!
