Recently, I had a loose molar that caused me severe pain over the weekend. At 9AM Monday I called Dr. Pino's office, and I was able to get an emergency appointment at 10:15 AM. Dr. Pino X-rayed the area and told me that, because of a severe loss of tissue, he reluctantly recommended removal. I signed a paper that enumerated the cost for the procedure (as he explained, so there would not be any ambiguities regarding his fee). A few minutes later, after the area was gently numbed, he removed the tooth...the most painless tooth extraction I ever had. Further, he recommended Tylenol if there was pain after the numbness wore off, and gave me a prescription for penicillin to allay any possible infection. He also discussed possible tooth replacement, from a partial bridge, to more imbedded solutions, and their costs. Having experienced Dr. Armando Pino's dental reparation acumen in the past, and the impressive state of the art procedures he used to cosmetically reconstruct my wife's upper front teeth and gum area, I unequivocally recommend his organization to anyone that needs a dentist's attention...from routine maintenance, to consultation regarding severe and persistent tooth and gum afflictions. I believe that there is no better general dentistry organization in Southwest Florida than UPTOWN GENERAL & AESTHETIC DENTISTRY in Naples Fl.

Dr. Pino is the best dentist I've ever had. I have been going to Uptown for 5+ years and I've sent 20+ friends and coworkers his way. My parents have been doing to him since he opened, at least 15+ years and they are both VERY happy with him. He has been excellent all around from emergencies to routine work. He is a perfectionist and will work until everything is just right, unlike other dentist who are more concerned about moving people in and out. I didn't see a dentist for awhile because of a bad experience elsewhere as a teen and he has redone my mouth better than expected! Even my husband who hates getting dental work done doesn't mind going and being an ex-smoker, he has had a few emergencies and we are worked in quickly. We love Gloria, she is fantastic and the rest of the staff. You will not regret going to Uptown Dentistry- they are truly professional!

Dr. Pino is my dentist for years. He always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed .Very professional and gentle. His staff is great. I always get prompt service and personal attention. He is the best dentist I have ever had.

Dr Pino, Gloria & his staff are the best! Professional, conscientious, gentle, available, personable, quick and painless. He takes the time to listen, fully explains the service and performs the procedure that you need. He is not satisfied until you are. My experience has been unsurpassed. I started going to Dr. Pino earlier in 2018 and again today. I have to say my experience was better than expected. I expected the old hard sell dental but got a very detailed approach to my dental well being. I didn't have to wait long to get seen, was not in the waiting room long. My appointment was easy and for a dental appointment very comfortable. I was a bit nervous but his calm demeanor was so comforting I forgot about what I was getting done. Dr. Pino is a local and serves his community well. I would recommend him and support him for his dedication to Naples. Office manager is a doll, dental assistant very gentle and caring. Dr. Pino is so conveniently located and parking easy. Give him a try if you like less stress and outstanding dental work.

Terrible. Worked on me as a child and absolutely butchered it. Put a post in for NO reason on a chipped tooth, rarely gave Novocaine and didn't care about pain. Took months and still had a temporary until the porcelain arrived.
