Great staff! I recently switched dentists (not happy with my old one) and I'm so glad I did! They have very advanced technology and I definitely felt like everything was extremely thorough. Updating my post since I've been going here a while. I'm still extremely happy with this dentist and would recommend them 100%. Very efficient and professional, but they make you feel comfortable.

This was our (my son's and mine) first visit and I have to say the practice was very friendly, efficient, thorough, and I feel has a good plan of action for our dental care moving forward. I would highly recommend them based on our experience.

Very shady dentist, filled one of my cavities, then said it needed to be redone 2 years later. Didn't offer a discount for shabby work. then charged me a no show fee of 39$ when I didn't show, I'm pretty sure I sent an answer to their automated text that I couldn't make it, but I'm not 100 percent on that. I will never darken their door again, very disappointed.

Beware! Booked my appointment, but when I showed up on time for it, they told me it had "disappeared" from their schedule and that they could no longer see me, despite the fact that I had received e-mail and text message reminders earlier the same day about the appointment. I had also 'confirmed' my appointment via e-mail 3 days prior to it. Better yet, the front desk lady mentioned she saw it on the calendar earlier, but then it had disappeared. And she didn't think to contact me? I'll find another dentist that takes better care of their patients and respects their time.

The dentists and hygienists are good. Billing has a long way to go. Just went in for the second time in 3 years to have my bill corrected. I was once again charged 100% for something that insurance covered 80%. My recommendation, DO NOT PAY IN THE OFFICE, pay only AFTER you have received your EOB (explanation of benefits) from your insurance provider. It's a hassle to have to fix an overpayment after the fact. One would think that a professional would verify coverage with a patient's insurance company while they were sitting in the dental chair. I wonder how many patients miss this detail and ultimately overpay for dental cleanings and procedures.

Today 8th June , I visit to this clinic, touchwood, Dr. Sushma her assistant Miss Andria,they are awesome, assistant is very humorous nature, I visited 7 dentist in my 64 years ago but This Dr. Sushma, wonderful doctor I found,I feel like I came from spa, Doctor do three different treatment on me Extraction, Root canal.crown. I am honestly my review on this clinic , I don't feel anything when she removed my teeth when she do root canal on me, one, more important metter for this clinic they will not do treatment only for money , 100% ethical treatment, Thanks alot to this Doctor Sushma and her all staff

I absolutely hate the dentist until I found Arlington River. They help me overcome my anxiety of coming to the dentist. They are patient and kind. The staff is amazing. I don't leave reviews often but when you find excellent and exemplary service you scream it from the top of world. I highly recommend Arlington River Family Dental. All of the staff is amazing but I have give special mention to Andria we laugh everytime I visit and she brightens my day.

It was a good dentist office in 2020 but they just wasted my time today when I came in for a cleaning and only walked away with a bunch of X-Rays just so they could make money off my insurance I could've stayed home for that definitely won't be coming back here anymore

Googled endodontics & this office came up as the nearest but unfortunately they couldn't do my root canal, but they got me in the very next day & referred me to endodontic office that only do root canals, that is why I gave 2 stars but they were not honest about all my options avail after the root canal procedure when I asked are there other options. They didn't tell me about getting a permanent filling instead of a whole new crown as the after treatment plan & they cost more than the other dentist. My advice, avoid this place, shop around if you can.

I have a 262 dollar something collections that could have EASILY been avoided and a gorgeous hygienist outright told my boyfriend she was a "little." The billing turned out to be SUPER FLAKY, I mean this place is way better than green burg for like everything probably unless you're real cheap but shoooooot I wanna move out of Jacksonville so bad.
