Beat Dentist ever!!! i have dentist anxiety so bad i ran out of 5 dentist this place is above and beyond the best. great attention to detail and so relaxing i over came my fear just had 2 root canals done in one day and it was so relaxing pain free and i have never felt so comfortable with a dentist before now i tell every person i know this is the place from start to finish you will be over 100% satisficed and actually look forward to your visits. His staff is alwasy sweet and welcoming. Never any pain ive so far had 2 bridges and 2 root canals and not once was in pain or discomfort through out the entire process. Thanks Dr Siavash Shaddel is the worlds Greatest gift to dentistry.

This review is to reflect on the customer service I received from the office manager. I've been a patient of Dr. Shedel for years. I also worked in the dental industry years ago so i havesomeidea of the process. When I called to schedule an appointment in December 2021 the conversation was great, the front desk person scheduled my Saturday appointment, I informed her that I was not 100% sure if our ins. was up to date and I was driving so I could not provide at this time. She said she would check and call me back if it was notup to date. She asked me if she should call the number listed I said no, call my mobile, she confirmed that she made notes of the number to call me back if she had any questions or issues with my insurance. No call or voice message on my cell so I'm thinking we are good to go. Come that Saturday of our appointment and I'm informed that she (same person that took my initial call) called to let me know that she needed our insurance information. I was like, I don't have any calls from you or messages. So I asked what number did you call and yep you guessed it , NOT the number she made note of. Not once in the time that she kept insisting that she called me to let me know sheneededmoreinformation, did she apologize or just admit that she didn't pay attention to her notes. At some point I'm like can I speak to the manager and of course she's the manager. I love this dentist but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth ha! Its been since December so I am trying to move forward but I don't know if I want to come back and deal with her. I can take responsibility in this for not just going ahead and following up but I don't believe this manager can or ever will.

Worst place in earth! If you want your teeth pull out for no reason, this is the place for you. I had to get a second opinion and they were able to save my teeth, this doctor doesn't even bother to find a solution. My dad (whom is the bravest person ever) was crying of the pain this 'dentist' caused him for no reason. I had a few procedures done here and he did nothing but wrong, my new dentist had to fix 2 root canals that were left unfinished, bad crown, terrible cleaning. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! its not just me and my dad with terrible experiences from this place, I know other people too. -1000 stars!

Great Dentist ! It was my first visit everyone was very nice and professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend others to Arlington family dental centre they took very good care for me :) extremely good

Honest! Dr. Shaddel is truly a wonderful dentist! Thank you for your beautiful work, I love my teeth again. I'm always looking for great dentist that respects their patients needs and wants and I receive just that. Staff is wonderful I can't leave them out ! Everything about my visit from scheduling my appointments, answer all my questions , taking care of my insurance coverage was done in should friendly and professional matter. Thank you again!! Hands down the BEST dentist I have ever been to! As a young kid I was always AFRAID of dentist, due to past experiences. The older I got I would get SOOOO nervous but going recently I experienced NOTHING but kindness & patience here. I don't know if you have ever heard of anyone having a positive experience while getting a root canal but I DID! WILL RECOMMEND A BILLION TIMES!

I'm am terrified of the dentist. I got referred by a dear friend to Dr. Shaddel. They got me in within a few days and the staff was welcoming and extremely friendly and accommodating. I went in and needed an extraction and the experience was quick and painless I couldn't believe it! Since then I have referred three other people who have also had nothing but good experiences. Reasonably priced, I will never go anywhere else! I look forward to seeing the dentist now!
