Dr. Withrow earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and then her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of Alabama school of Dentistry shortly after. Dr. Withrows residency was completed at Mercy Hospital where she continued on staff as a hospital dentist and then as assistant general practice residency director. After several years in Missouri, Dr. Withrow made the decision to return to her hometown in Alabama and open her own practice.
Dr. Withrow is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Alabama Dental Association, and the Huntsville-Madison County Dental Society, and has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry for patients of all ages, including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and preventive dentistry.
On a personal level, Dr. Withrow loves volunteering her time and abilities to help veterans, our local homeless population through HSV Good Samaritans, and also donates her time and services in a yearly mission trip to Nicaragua.
At Arlington Dentistry, our facility is designed with patient comfort and enjoyment as our foremost concern. From our beautifully landscaped lawn and flower beds, comfortable lobby, and hot drink machine, to our clean and well appointed exam rooms with lovely views and satellite television, we want you to feel completely comfortable and at ease during your visit. The staff and Dr. Withrow were amazing and kind! I had a dental emergency and they were very understanding and helpful. Arlington Dentistry is also decorated wonderfully. Their safety protocols were perfect, and they took every precaution necessary. Saw Dr. Withrow again today, and everyone was professional, clean and so friendly! Dr. Withrow explains everything that she's doing as she's going along, which I loved. Very competent and reassuring!

My daughter had her first visit with Dr. Sarah and from the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a welcoming Hello, how are you! That goes a long way. Our wait was not very long at all. My daughter is extremely terrified of doctors and she had to go to the back alone. Even though she is 13 she was still scared but her nurse was super nice and my daughter even said her nurse was caring and made her feel calmer during her visit! Dr. Sarah was super sweet and caring and my daughter loves her! I was very pleased with the service here that I set up appointments for our other children and Mr. David took care of everything, he was practicing/learning a new role and doing a wonderful job at it!! We are new to Alabama and this was a wonderful first experience, can't wait to see the reaction from the other kids I'm sure they will love it as well!

Worst service ever! Operator at the service desk was so quick to cancel all my appointments without asking me! So unprofessional! So childish! JUST CHECK ALL THE "ONE STAR" REVIEWS HERE, THEN YOU WILL SEE WHAT I AM TRYING TO TELL YOU! I was trying to get a simple tooth cleaning last, the only thing they can do is referrals! Extremely expensive place! I would do even "0" star to this office, they can't even do root canal! For sure they will refer to other specialists who could do the work for them. They charged $171.60 just for one time office visit although our dental insurance covers all amount! Unbelievable! I have not seen the "Dentistry" like this in my entire life! All are for your money, forget even customer satisfaction!
