Dr. Fair graduated from Upper Arlington High School in 1995. He went on to graduate from the University of Michigan and then The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Fair then served as a Captain in the United States Army Dental Corps. For four years, CPT Fair was given the opportunity to take care of the soldiers and families living in the various military communities garrisoned in Germany.
In 2009, CPT Fair left the military and returned home to Upper Arlington to join the Arlington Dental Group. Dr. Fair is completely committed to providing the best, most current, most dependable, esthetic dentistryavailable today; while providing a patient experience that centers on service and caters to individual needs.

So glad I have the group at Arlington Dental taking care of me. The whole team works together to give us as a patient the very best experience. It starts with the friendly receptionists, thru Dr. Fair and all of his other professionals. They create a friendly atmosphere and help me feel comfortable. They are knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Fair always explains what he is going to do and continues to through out any procedure. He keeps up with new procedures and let's me know about them. Convenient location and always on time.

I chose Arlington Dental Group because of their close proximity to my work. Upon my initial consultation I was given an "estimate" for the dental work they were suggesting. It amounted to nothing more than teeth cleaning. I've had one small cavity in my 55 years of life because I take care of my teeth. After 4 sessions in a 3 month period, which I thought was excessive but trusted them as the professionals, I received the final bill; $1,727. I provided them with dual dental insurance as I'm covered under my wife's policy as well. Arlington Dental stated that upon the submission of claims, one of the insureds rejected the claim stating, "Based on the information submitted, the dentally/medically necessary condition for this procedure is not present. There appear to be no teeth in the indicated quadrant with periodontal disease." They went on with their medical findings more in depth, but I think the previous statement speaks for itself. I paid my outstanding balance with the practice and immediately removed myself and my family members from the practice. I've shared this claim with other dental practices who've all said they thought the treatment periods (4) were certainly excessive. I've had the same procedures done in 1 visit with previous practices that Arlington Dental Group chose to do in 4. I would not recommend this practice as I feel they are deceptive in their procedural and billing practices.

The first appointment with a new dentist is always accompanied by a mixture of angst and questions. I was impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of Dr. Fair and his dental assistant. I'm very glad to be under their care!

I have been with Arlington Dental Group for over 25 years. My dental experiences with them have been consistently excellent. I have needed a wide range of services -- preventive, crowns, implants, root canals, and more. I have been pleased with my professional care and results.

Today I had my six-month checkup/cleaning at Arlington Dental. As usual it was a wonderful experience. I was greeted by the friendly staff at the desk and taken back to the room for my treatment precisely on time! My hygienist was so nice and made me comfortable in the chair with a neck pillow and the controls for the massage chair feature if I wanted. And, yes, I wanted to enjoy that feature. I had my cleaning and Dr. Fair did a thorough check and gave me praise for taking good care of my teeth. I appreciate the compliments! This is a wonderful dental office and if you are looking for a new dentist, you should give them a try!
