An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I was disappointed in the wait time. My appointment was at 2:30 but I waited an hour to be seen. I had to use my leave to take off from work and the 1 hour wait was unacceptable. Dental work administered was amazing and very professional. The surgeon worked diligently and talked me through the process. He didn't hurt me and did an amazing job.

Very rude customer service. They don't take time to explain what you're getting done and what you're paying for and then they charge you more than what was discussed. Horrible customer service. The assistants have major attitude.

They told me I needed all of my fillings replaced. I allowed them to do one before finding out from another dentist that I in fact did not need them replaced. More than one dentist has now agreed that it was a lie. The one they did fill creaked due to not being done correctly and now needs a crown. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Arlington Dental.

Highly recommend to not come to this office. They over charge for services and do try to do unnecessary dental work you don't need. They book appointments then change them without telling you it's happened quite a few times to us. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I am moving on to another dentist office

Stay away from this office! Worst Dentist practice I have ever encountered. Update: They charge my insurance when I refused service from this office. Now I have to run after them and the insurance. The assistants here are terrible. I gave them my insurance details and asked them for an estimate for basic cleaning. They gave a vague answer of "only when we see you we will know". This is a prime example of medical surprise billing. I called on the day of my appointment again and asked them how much basic cleaning will cost. They replied with "it's included in your insurance". So I went in, they checked me in, took my x-ray and then said "oh your insurance covers only 80% of basic cleaning". Why couldn't they have told me this on the phone instead of wasting my 1.5 hours? Also the lady didn't understand the concept of deductible. She was adding my deductible to the cost of the procedure rather than asking me to pay the deductible. I left without paying them a single dime. The doctors might be good here but the assistants completely negate any competency of the dentists here.

I am impressed with the entire team at Arlington Dental. I was in the dental field for 28 years so I know what I am talking about. I had to get a bridge in the front teeth. Traumatic event! My new bridge looks natural and perfect.Thank you team!

This was my first experience as a new patient at Arlington Dental Group. I felt very anxious going into the appointment because it had been an embarrassingly long time since I'd seen a dentist, but I was immediately and consistently put at ease by the demeanor of the staff. Every single person I spoke to, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, was kind and professional and I felt like I had a distinctly and memorably positive experience with each of them. Disappointed- they were not upfront and honest about pricing. I took a day off for some work and I was Informed the morning of that it 'may' cost an additional 250$ then what they quoted initially. I am happy to pay for quality work but I expect a level of integrity and transparency when working with an office. The answer I received was 'you can make payments' zero acknowledgment of the lack of transparency.

Why 5 stars? Doctor Jeffrey Figueroa and the hard working staff of Arlington Dental. I grind my teeth terribly over the years I've ground them down to nubs. So bad I damaged a partial overlay. Being the stand up guy he is replaced it for free!!! He is the nicest, most gentle dentists I've ever had. Amazingly considerate, bedside manner. The admins fitted me in first thing Monday, they made the partial overlay same day! I had a new replacement, made of much stronger material (I'm a serious grinder) the same day! He didn't have to squeeze me into their jam packed schedule and it certainly didn't need to be free. After years of having sub par, up selling, rip off artists Dr. Jeff is my DDS FOR LIFE! Where he goes I go. Bottom line? He's smart as a whip, honest and takes a lot of pride in his work. Make an appointment today and request Dr. Jeff you won't be disappointed.

This place is a joke. We had to wait a month for an appointment and then they canceled on us, we ended up waiting an additional month because of this. The day before the appointment they changed the time from 4:30pm to 2:30pm so we had to get a babysitter. Then at the office they say this is just a consolation... these people have complete disregard for your health and wellness. Waisted two months on them and now I need to find another orthodontist so how long will that take?

No issues at all with this office. My kids and myself have been going here for only six months or so, but in that time frame they have been incredibly accommodating (from me jumping out of my seat in the middle of a procedure to reschedule) to appointments. In these past few months since we've been going to Arlington Dental Group, we've had to schedule appointments for braces, wisdom tooth extraction, cleanings, normal check-ups. Everyone has been courteous and great to work with. I have severe dental anxiety and my hygienist was completely calming and reassuring and did not make me do anything I didn't want to in terms of treatment and procedure. Absolutely recommend this place.
