Dr. Neela Gandhi received her DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2006. Prior to that, she earned her BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from University of Manchester, UK in 1994. Dr. Gandhi practiced as an associate in Nairobi, Kenya for several years and also worked as a clinical associate in the Craniofacial Pain Center at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
In addition to her clinical practice, she contributes a tremendous time to organized dentistry. Dr. Gandhi is an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS) and is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Neela Gandhi has always taken a strong leadership position in being an effective liaison for the Metropolitan District Dental Society to the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. Gandhi was an enthusiastic contributor to the Give Kids a Smile effort of the district. In 2007, Neela was nominated to participate in the Massachusetts Dental Society Leadership Institute, resulting in her eventual selection as representative for Council on Membership for Metropolitan District Dental Society and ultimately to the position of District Chair and to the position of Trustee to the MDS Board. Dr. Gandhi received the 2010 William McKenna Volunteer award from the Massachusetts Dental Society. Neela is always ready, willing and able to approach every issue with wisdom, determination and enthusiasm.She was recently awarded the 2017 Robert L. Burke, DDS Memorial Volunteer Award,established in 1999 in Dr. Burkes honor to recognize outstanding volunteer efforts and contributions which have been put forth for the betterment of the dental society.
She has also served as President of a local non-profit organization called United India Association of New England for five years where she has organized cultural events and health fairs to bring all members of the community together. In her spare time, Dr. Gandhi likes to swim, cook and visit Kenya where she enjoys spending time with her family.
Dr. Talar Kiladjian earned her Bachelor Degree in Biological Sciences from Bucknell University. She then went on to receive her Master's in Oral Health Sciences from Boston University School of Medicine, followed by her Doctorate degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. While earning her Doctorate, Dr. Kiladjian was actively involved with the American Student Dental Association, including serving as Social Chair of Boston University's ASDA chapter.
Dr. Kiladjian has also volunteered for several years with Dentistry from the Heart, an organization which provides free dental services for those without access to care. She has also volunteered with handinhand in rural Armenia. Dr. Kiladjian has training in CEREC technology and is a certified Invisalign Provider. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society.
Dr. Kano is a Clinical Instructor for Boston University and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is the Past President of the Massachusetts Association of Endodontists, a non-profit organization that supports the efforts of all Massachusetts Dentists and Endodontists as they work to provide the best care and service for all their patients.

Very friendly place. Jackie is the best hygienist I ever had. She is so gentle that I have this awesome feeling of being at a SPA rather than at the dental cleaning. And my teeth look beautifully cleaned after the procedure

I love Arlington Dental. Yolanda my Dental Hygienist is warm gentle and caring. They are also highly trained and competent people. I always feel like they have my best interest at heart and not the bottom line. I have been a patient for decades and I have never had a bad experience.

Dr Gandhi was kind, professional and thorough. While I was anxious about this first dental visit in over a decade, she assessed my condition and recommended plan of treatment that seemed very reasonable and alleviated my trepidation about sitting in a dentist's chair. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit and eager for treatment to commence.

I have only positive things to say about the Arlington dental practice. Dr. Grossman. is much missed and his warm inviting waiting room has changed because of the pandemic but the staff is still friendly, caring, helpful, professional and there has been modernization of equipment and techniques. You will receive the best of dental care from this practice.
