This office nickels and dimes for everything, including charging for copies of your own dental records. When asked about how they arrive at the charges, they refuse to explain. Their staff is rude, service is poor and teeth cleaning was awful. There are many other offices who provide better service, such as the Dental Bar in Alexandria that I have recently discovered. Highly recommend you avoid this office! P.S. The Owner wrote that they cite to Virginia Law. That's not correct. The Federal law mandates that if a provider decides to charge fees, they have to provide the explanation as to how they arrived at the costs - you could redact any private information about your employees. But I don't think it costs $25 to hit "send" via email even someone makes hundreds of dollars per hour. Good luck explaining your costs with the VA Board of Dentistry.

My name is Tarsha Morgan and I had a dentist appointment on Tuesday on the 20th and I had an appointment a week before that and I love this place! I would like to thank Dr.Kim ,Dr. Lee ,Almaz, Ilona, Beki, Nabil for making me feel comfortable! All of these people are awesome ,kind and welcoming! I appreciate the support and love yall showed me! I started coming here 10 years ago and have tried other dental offices since leaving Arlington, but I haven't found any other places that compare in quality. I've never had issues with scheduling or rescheduling appointments. I hate coming to the dentist but I've always been made comfortable and left feeling well cared for. My daughter sees their pediatric dentist and actually enjoys her visits here. The reason I'm only giving them 4 stars is because they opted not to renew their contract with Kaiser. I thankfully have secondary insurance that IS covered but it's a disappointment that my primary will no longer be taken.

Been taking our daughter here for years for basic cleanings. At her cleaning today they decided to tell us AFTER the work that they no longer accept our insurance. For several reasons in addition to this very very abusive practice, please look elsewhere.

The Staff treats me in a very familiar and respectful way... the Doctor is always very concerned about whether I am feeling any discomfort and pain during the treatment.... I feel very happy with the professionalism that I am treated... many Thank you.

Horrible management. They act so nice when you call them but they keep canceling your appointments. Their administrative staff says they accept your insurance but when you go there, doctors make excuses. I wish they could respect the time of people and be a little transparent. They sound nice but they are not. I do not recommend this place because of poor customer service and some unprofessional doctors.

Worse place ever. We came here for filling and extraction- the owner told us that some of the extraction is beyond their ability to put kids to sleep. When I ask for a summary of the visit and if she can write me that in a piece of paper so I can take another dentist, she who claim to be the owner said "I don't have time" Not only they are rude but they don't know how to do their job as dentists. Run a way!!!!

My family have been in the office for many many years, my kids love to come in this office, like the doctor-Dr. Diem Nguyen and their staffs( Briana is a nice and sweet girl, and very professional) great service and nice, clean office.

Mugi, Natalie, Con, and the whole team worked diligently to get my insurance to cover a dental implant. This is not an easy task.

Great atmosphere staff very polite and friendly first time I've ever seen a place where it was so welcoming by the entire staff kudos to Arlington Center for Dentistry I would recommend them to anyone really had a great experience me and my son.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing solutions for my teeth . Love that they have all the specialists in house so I didn't have to find an orthodontist outside of here.

I had very low quality filling twice. Don't recommend this place at all. I wrote review on Google after my second bad filling. They sent me hostile email and demanded to remove it. I removed my review. Month later they sent me bill for $197.20 saying your insurance is not covered. That day, I had very bad pain from the filling and asked them to fix the pain. They refused to do anything. They wrote prescription for pain medication. I came home with bad pain all night.

Such a nice, clean and pleasant office. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable! I love this office! I use to be so afraid of the dentist but the staff at this office took their time to explain everything to me and it helped ease all my anxiety!

What an amazing Dentistry! From the reception to the doctors: they are so warm and welcoming! The whole place is so clean and I felt so well treated. My cleaning was great, can't wait for my next checkup.
