To round out his dental education, Dr. Vartanian completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at the West Los Angeles VA Hospital in association with the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) where he served our nation's veterans and heroes, which to this day, was one of the most rewarding experiences of his life.
In September of 2018, Dr. Vartanian acquired the dental practice from Dr. Robert Foss. Dr. Foss started his practice 34 years ago, and Dr. Vartanian is committed to upholding the tradition of providing our patients with the highest quality dental treatment with a personal touch.
I enjoy the field of dentistry because it provides me with a platform to help people in a medical standpoint, but it also allows me to do so in a personable manner. As a dentist, I enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life and forming a personal patient-doctor relationship. During his time away from the office, Dr. Vartanian stays active by playing basketball and coaching youth teams to maintain a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. He enjoys the camaraderie, life lessons, and values that one obtains through team sports.

Just had another positive teeth cleaning experience at Dr. Vartanian's office. Ahhhhh, clean teeth feel so good. Dr. Vartanian runs a very professional practice and is excellent! The staff is super efficient and always makes me feel very confortable from the moment I walk in the door. When I call the office Michelle and Tanya are always very accomodating with my needs. Barbara, my hygienist, cleans my teeth so gently I could fall asleep in the super comfy chair. The staff and doctor are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dr. Vartanian is kind and gentle. Often times going to the dentist is a painful experience, not so with Dr. Vartanian and his competent staff. Dr. Vartanian is very personable and remembers information about me and my family. He always makes a point of following up on that information during my visits. Cleanings are a breeze with Barbara and I love the way my mouth and teeth feel after my visit. The best dentist I've ever had! The staff is super kind from the secretary to the dental assistants and Dr. Vartanian himself! I never wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment and the teeth cleanings are super efficient. I no longer live in the area but still make the trip to this dentist because I don't think I'll ever find anywhere better!

This was my first visit with Dr. Vartanian and it was great! He was extremely professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Bonnie was my dental hygienist and was super efficient, pleasant and I didn't experience any discomfort AND believe me, there was plenty of plague to scrap off! I'd been to the previously dentist & didn't have a good experience with him, so this was a new welcomed change! I think I've found my NEW dentist !
