The staff at the Bossier location was awesome! Michaela was one of the surgical assistants who helped when I had my wisdom teeth extracted and she was the best! She made sure I was relaxed and well prepared for the procedure.

Very good procedure and a whole lot less painful than I expected. At least the procedure was. Staff friendly. I'll definitely use them if I need to Anf recommend them. Dr Ducte was very correct on tongue hurting. Guess it's looking for that piece of tongue missing.

Every employee went above and beyond to answer any questions my husband or myself had! Ashley is superb and Dr. Banker is very knowledgeable, prompt and clearly explained everything to us. We went in for a consult on Wednesday the 21st, and had an appointment to get all of the work my husband needed the following day, Thursday the 22nd. I never leave google reviews but this team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and familiar with their staff and office! If you have any questions or concerns after your procedure and the office hours are closed; No problem, they give you the doctors personal number for after hours, whether it be for concerns or any questions you may have! Now that's customer service!!! Very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge they shared with us to make sure we understood the step by step procedure Dr. Banker did on my husband! 10/10 would recommend!!! We will definitely be back. Thank you Bossier ArkLaTex for sharing such and incredible experience with us.
