As a dentist with years of experience, Dr. James Cook is dedicated to changing lives through careful, compassionate care. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the Ozarks and participated in cancer research at the University of Oklahoma before beginning his dental training at the Oklahoma University College of Dentistry.

As one of our practices experienced dentists, Dr. Nichols delivers exceptional care by combining her love of artistry with her passion for helping others. She previously studied at the University of Central Arkansas and the University of Tennessee-Memphis.
In addition to treating our Clarksville-area patients, shes very involved in the community. That involvement includes special programs in schools and daycares and donating supplies for special causes. Shes also a participant in the Arkansas Mission of Mercy and a member of the American Dental Association and the Arkansas Dental Association.
Dr. Nichols is married and loves sports, whether shes watching, playing or coaching. Shes also involved in the Junior Auxiliary of Clarksville, which is committed to bettering the lives of children in Johnson County.

Always a pleasure to go get my teeth clean and Everyone is so nice and friendly but most of all they Know what they are doing and letting you know up front what you need to do to take better care of your Teeth. Just my opinion but I think Dr. Cook really Know his job better than most.

First off they are very professional in what they do. They communicate everything the process includes and always take the time to answer any questions you may have. They do excellent work and follow-ups on all procedures. I would highly recommend ARVD to my family and friends which I do.

The people here are so great. The front desk personnel are friendly and are very good at remembering my name even after just the first visit. The dentists and assistants are gentle and explain everything as they go along. I'm so glad I found this place.
