I've been back and forth for months. My problems,not theirs. These are the sweetest people you'll ever meet. They knew me by my first name my first visit. That's special to me anyway. I honestly can't can't say enough about this wonderful doctor that sings to you. The ladies are absolutely adorable inside and out. I'm going to miss them but I'll never forget them. Thanks Sheila

I went in for an appointment for a chipped front tooth. Not a new patient, I was informed that they were not in network with my insurance, but they would be more than happy to help me and it wouldn'tbe more than $175. The tech took an x-ray of one tooth, the dentist said sure we can fix that.. I'll let the girls know so we can work a price. I paid $96 today and was told it'd be $285 more to fix it. Leaving $100 less and still have a broken tooth.

Terrible terrible Place If I could give 0 stars I would NEVER COME HERE not a place I would trust anyone Of color my husband expressed pain for his teeth and told them what the problem was his Wisdom Teeth were ripping his gum lines trying to come through the Dentist himself Jacob said he didn't"t see no problem and he would be okay meanwhile My Husband can't sleep at night because it was too I had to Make them give him a referral ..... My dentist at first they was saying he could be seen in town but with them but A consultation would be next month and surgery the month later so October so before he actually had the surgery I do not live in Jonesboro I stay 2 hours away My dentist instantly got him a surgery date this week we didn't have to go get the consultation once we expressed his pain and concern The insurance went through We have his surgery today this Dentist does not care about his patients especially if you're black so just know that but If every need really great dentist THIS ONE IS NOT IT !!! Literally had cavities in his wisdom tooth this is disgusting do you have a play zero stars DONT COME HERE EVER - true story

Went in to this location 70miles away, I didn't have a dentist. I had an impacted wisdom tooth. Was told after being consulted that I would need all wisdom teeth surgically removed. They scheduled an appt weeks away. As time went on, I experienced so much tooth pain I made another appointment at this location and DR said he could extract one that same day. Only to find out I had a large cyst after one tooth was removed. Afterwards I was in a lot of pain, that should have subsided by then, and was worried I had a dry socket. They kept prescribing antibiotics and said I needed to try and brush back there it would help relieve the pain. It didn't. The front office staff was not friendly, very immature to say the least! DR was great, and his assistant. I received a letter in the mail stating I needed to find a new dentist for the remainder wisdom teeth. All because I was treated poorly by the front office staff, and they didn't seem to care I was in alot of pain. Needless to say I have found a new, and great dental home with friendly staff & DR!!

Love this place !! Front desk and dentist assistants are so friendly ... I feel uncomfortable to ask any dental concerns . I want thank Pam for doing her job with all smiles and joy !! #familyfriendly
