Dr. Derrick K. Ross, originally from Hope, Arkansas, is thrilled to be here in Arkadelphia to practice dentistry. Dr. Ross received his D.M.D. (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from Midwestern College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona in 2012. He received a degree as a Dental Lab Technician in 2007 from Tennessee Technology Center in Memphis, TN, and he received his BS in Biology from Southern Arkansas University in 2006.

Dr. Ross has shown a strong commitment to the practice of dentistry. Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Ross worked as a dental lab technician where he learned single crown and bridge fabrication, as well as removable partial and full denture fabrication. This training allowed Dr. Ross to excel in dental school in which he graduated with multiple awards and accomplishments, which included the Excellence in General Dentistry Award.

During the summer of 2004, he accompanied a dental and medical mission trip to Nicaragua. There he assisted with extractions and provided routine oral care to local villages. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Arkansas Dental Association, the Academy of Gold Foil Operators and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Ross participates in medical/dental mission trips to Honduras annually.

Dr. Ross graduated in 2012 from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Ross enjoys working with his wonderful staff and being able to improve his patients lives through dental health creating beautiful smiles.

Hayley joined Ross Family Dentistry in 2017. Prior to joining our team she was the office manager for another clinic for several years. Hayley enjoys working with her co-workers and helping with the behind the scenes day-to-day operations of the office.

Heather has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2009. She started working at Ross Family Dentistry as a dental assistant in 2013. She is currently our Financial Coordinator but fills in and assists Dr. Ross as needed. Heathers favorite part about her job is helping the patients get the most out of their dental benefits.

Jessica joined Ross Family Dentistry in 2020. She has several years of experience as a patient care coordinator prior to joining our office. Her favorite part about her job is being able to help patients.

Lauren trained at Ross Family Dentistry prior to becoming a Registered Dental Assistant in 2020. She joined our team in 2019 Her favorite thing about her job is being able to assist in making patients happy with their smile.

Janelle has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1991. She has worked for Ross Family Dentistry since it opened in 2012. Janelle loves improving patients overall health by helping with their dental health.

Christie has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1995. She has worked for Ross Family Dentistry since it opened in 2012. Christie really enjoys working with the wonderful staff and the amazing patients at Ross Family Dentistry.
