It is very important for me to constantly be improving my skills and so I regularly attend continuing education courses including the American Association of Orthodontics Annual Meeting, Damon Forum, Arizona Orthodontic Study Club, Invisalign, and Incognito Lingual Orthodontics.
What originally attracted me to dentistry and orthodontics is the ability to make a positive impact on those in my community. I have volunteered at Saint Vincent de Paul dental clinic, Central Arizona Shelter Services dental clinic, Give Kids a Smile, UCSD Free Dental Clinic, and Habitat for Humanity. In addition to my community service, I am a member of the following professional organizations: American Academy of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, the Arizona Orthodontic Study Club.
I was born in California but moved to Phoenix 15 years ago. My wife, Valerie is a child psychologist in Scottsdale and we have two daughters, Ella and Eden. Outside of the practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, woodworking, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Welcome to our office! As a previous patient of Arizona Orthodontic Studio, I feel privileged to be part of this team! I love working here because as we all know, smiles are contagious! As the treatment coordinator, I want to provide the same wonderful experience that I received as a patient. I am a Grand Canyon University Alumni! Go Lopes!
Sara is our front desk Financial Coordinator and has been with us since September of 2019. Her role is to assist patients in arranging financial options that allow them to achieve a picture perfect smile! You may also find her in the back helping our Treatment Coordinator. Her 11 years of experience ensure that patients are getting the most out of their orthodontic insurance coverage. Patients agree that her friendly and outgoing personality make each visit a pleasure.
Karla is a front desk administrative receptionist and marketing specialist. Her role is to interact with patients and perform administrative responsibilities while providing excellent customer service. She enjoys greeting patients at the door and getting to know each patient. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelors in Advertising and Graphic Design. Karla enjoys brainstorming exciting, new ideas and projects for our office. Karla views each day as an opportunity to grow and learn something new!
Hi! Im Bianca and I have been an orthodontic technician for 5 years. I love my fur baby Evy! My favorite color is blue (all the shades) and I love all kinds of music. Working at AOS has been so much fun! I love getting to know all of our patients and being a part of their smile transformation.
Supporting our community means more than just providing state of the art orthodontic treatment and care. It also means that we are focused on understanding the needs of our local population, schools, businesses, clubs, and places of religious worship. As a business, we are more successful when our community as a whole is successful.
We will buying back your extra Halloween Candy in the Scottsdale office with proceeds benefiting your schools PTO. All candy will be donated to Packages from Homewho makes care packages for troops over seas. Please contact the office for details about how you can participate.
In September and October we are collecting winter coats/warm clothes to be donated to needy families in Phoenix. Our goal is 100 coats and if we succeeded Dr. Hoffman has agreed to get pied in the face. Please help us reach our goal.
Arizona Orthodontic Studio wants to help kids go back to school with everything that they need. Join us in helping our local Boys & Girls club in donating backpacks full of supplies that kids will need for the following school year. Dr. Hoffman will purchase all the backpacks and would love for you to participate in filling them up with back to school supplies. I have enjoyed working with Dr. Hoffman and his team. Dr. Hoffman is very kind and takes his time to address his patients' concerns. Bianca is also very helpful and has been great at answering all my questions about the Invisalign treatment process. Highly recommend them!

Az orthodontist studio is best place to get braces. I think it's a great place because of their wonderful and kind workers. Working hard to give you the smile that awaits you . I love that I chose Dr. Hoffman for my orthodontic treatment Prior to choosing his office for treatment, I was debating between this office and another orthodontic office. It was an easy decision. I chose this office over the other one because of the overwhelming amount of care and attention I received since day 1!!! The staff are ALWAYS so cheerful and friendly. Dr. Hoffman is also not intimidating or condescending. Staff are so thorough and detailed in their explanation of treatment and everything else. They are beyond patient -- Not pushy! Also, the office is very clean. This is something that is super important to me -- it makes a lasting impression

Dr Hoffman and all the staff members are knowledgeable, super friendly and fun. The contests and rewards programs are fun for the kids too. 3 of us had our treatments there (braces for the kids and Invisalign for me) and we are all happy with the outcome. I would recommend AZ Orthodontic Studio to anyone.

I've been going to AZ orthodontic studio for over a year now I believe, and from the first time I stepped foot into the office for my consultation and at every visit after I've been welcomed with positivity, a great attitude, and a bunch of smiles. The staff there are all very nice people, I've been helped by a few different dental assistants by this point and each and every one has always asked how I'm doing as well as made funny small talk, which I'm my opinion has made me very comfortable at the office with the staff. As far as covid procedures go, they have been diligent at every step. The office is always clean as well as sanitized, they offer hand sanitizer if needed, you are required to wear a mask when you aren't in the chair being helped, at each visit you check in with the staff when you arrive, wait in your car, and fill out a short questionnaire to ensure the safety of the staff, yourself, and anyone else who you may be around at AZ Orthopedic Studio. I appreciate anyone on staff who has helped me so far in my journey to what I feel is an amazing smile, as well as Dr. David Hoffman of course!

This Ortho office is the best in town. What is most important is that my kids feel 100% safe and comfortable going to their appointments. The staff is always friendly, involved and helpful anyway.
