Jesslyn Implant Coordinator Jesslyn has been in the dental field since 2004 and has done everything from dental assisting to managing. She has lived everywhere from her east coast roots of Rhode Island, to the deep south of Mississippi, along with Texas and Washington, before ending up in beautiful Arizona. Arizona is definitely her favorite place, and she has called it home since 2003. Jesslyn likes to spend her time traveling and soaking up family time with her husband, daughter and crazy dogs.
Madyson Marketing and Relations Coordinator Madyson grew up in North Scottsdale, bounced around southern California and happily moved back to the valley when she met her husband. She is new to the world of dental but is excited to take her background in marketing to serve our patients and professional relationships. Madyson enjoys relaxing with a good book and being with her loved ones.
Stanley Office Manager Stanley was born and raised in the Bay Area in California. He graduated from CSU Stanislaus and made the move to Arizona with his wife. He has been in the world of dental for over 10 years. Although he misses the beach, the desert has grown on him, especially the ability to have a change of environment in just a few hours drive. Whether hes heading north to go snowboarding or out to our lakes to get on the water, he loves to travel all over!
Kelly Surgical Assistant Kelly has been in the dental field for over five years, recently making the transition into oral surgery all while being an EMT. She grew up in Massachusetts, but Arizona has become her home. When Kelly isnt working, her daughter and their cat, Cheeto, love to spend time traveling, hanging out and relaxing. With the resorts here, staycations have become their favorite!
Breanna Surgical Assistant Bree and her family are Arizona natives. She loves working in oral surgery and has been in the field for five years. Helping others on their oral health journey is where she thrives. When she has some downtime, youll find Bree with her daughter, online shopping and decorating their home.

Was referred to this office for a tooth pull by my dentist and seen by Dr. Hoaglin who was friendly, easy going, and very thorough in his op and post-op explanation. The extraction went as planned with no complications. Everyone is different but I took a couple of Tylenol once. The staff was also friendly and engaging. Not that I want another tooth pulled but if I must, it'll be with this office. EDIT: Just took my HS daughter to have her 4 wisdom teeth pulled also by Dr. Hoaglin. No issues. Took about an hour under general anesthesia. Same in that she took some Tylenol the next day and was fine. They gave cold gel packs and a head wrap to hold them in close to her jaws. Surgery was first thing in the morning. She was good enough to go to the football game that evening. Friendly staff. She even got a t-shirt! :) Doc called that night from his own phone to follow up. I'm very pleased with this doctor and staff.

What a great staff to work with! Needing to have a tooth extracted is a dreaded event. However, the staff made the entire process smooth and easy to deal with. Every step was handled with professionalism and compassion. I give this staff 5 stars and highly recommend them!

Dr Lines and all his office personnel are the absolute best. He has been my doctor for many years and I would not go anywhere else. He is very patient and answers all my questions. Thank you so very much Dr Lines.

This office overbilled and will not provide a refund to my husband that is clearly owed. Do not give them money upfront as you may never see it again!

I love Dr Lines and staff! So friendly and helpful! I had extractions, implants and a upper denture made. 5+ years later and I still love everything that was done! I recommend him to everyone. I get comments on my smile!

I strongly recommend Arizona center for implant. You may find the nicest team to take care of the people who need to take care of their teeth. Heather and Jesslyn, from the front desk, were very welcoming when I got to the office, and I got more comfortable to see the famous Dr. Gary Lines and the most caring assistant, Brandy. You don't need a second opinion. The work is done in in a short time, painless, low cost and right from the first time. Very informative on each aspect of procedure, including prep and recover. Highly recommend.

My husband Jerry has had a great deal of dental work done by Dr Gary Lines. Dr Lines has been nothing but very professional and pleasant helping Jerry through some difficult procedures. The office staff of Brandy, Dana and Heather have been real delights in dealing with appts and all.

I was in this month to have my 3rd molars (wisdom teeth) extracted and could not have had a better experience. Though a complicated procedure, (all four of my teeth had been impacted, mostly below the gum line, with one tooth penetrating the sinus cavity) I was in and out before I knew it. Dr. Lines was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and it showed, with the minimal down-time and recovery time I experienced.

I never review places, but my experience here is something that is bothering me. When my general dentist referred me to Dr. Lines office for 10 upper extractions I felt a sense of relief. I've been in severe pain and I was finally going to get this taken care of. I went in, had a panoramic xray and met with Dr. Lines. He is an extremely nice man, and made me feel confident about having my extractions. They even did followup calls to set up my procedure. I worked with them over the phone for about a month as we waited for my predetermination to come through my insurance company, Delta Dental of Arizona, which this office accepts. I'm a state of Arizona employee and work 40 plus hours a week to support my family. With that being said, I also fall below the poverty line due to my household size and I still qualify and receive my health insurance, not dental insurance from a publicly funded source. Now I'm not utilizing my health insurance (I don't have dental coverage through a publicly funded source) at this office at all, I simply have it. But once Dr. Lines office found out that I had a publicly funded health insurance they refused to see me. When I asked for an explanation as to why this would affect the fact that I have paid for dental insurance that theit office accepts through my job, they wouldn't give me a clear explanation. They simply said it's a liability and they can't see me anymore. I've talked to my general dentist office along with several other oral surgeons offices in my quest for a new one and nobody else has heard of this before. I feel as though I was discriminated against, and what's worse is I'm still in pain and have to carefully find and choose another oral surgeon.
