Dr. Jeziorski is an Arizona native who thrives on brightening the smiles of all his patients. He has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. After his undergraduate studies, he attended the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health through A.T. Still University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Jeziorski is passionate about dental education, he regularly attends seminars and conferences to continue his own dental education and expertise. He also provides guidance to dental students at the Central Arizona Shelter Services Dental Clinic for the Homeless.
A family man, Dr. Jeziorski married his soulmate, Chrissy, in 2007, and together they have four children. When he's not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family. Dr. Jeziorski provides his personal cell phone number to his patients to ensure they always have access to the care they need. Now that's dedication!
A fourth-generation Arizonan, Dr. Hood attended Arizona State University, followed by the esteemed Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He has performed countless cosmetic dental procedures and is certified and licensed to use the FDA-approved LANAP and Periolase procedures to treat gum disease. He is also Invisalign certified and trained in dental sleep medicine to aid his patients suffering from sleep apnea and snoring.
Dr. Peter Y. Cha sincerely welcomes you to the dental family at Arizona Biltmore Dentistry. He is dedicated to making sure his patients are treated with the highest standards of care with a gentle touch. His goal is to provide comprehensive treatment, helping each patient achieve dental health with optimal esthetic results. Putting an emphasis on the importance of preventive oral care, Dr. Cha is committed to taking the time for patient education to motivate each patient to maintain dental health daily at home. He enjoys doing dentistry and is greatly committed to learning about current new technologies and innovations in the field of dentistry. Currently, Dr. Cha holds a position as an adjunct professor at Midwestern University School of Dentistry. He received his (D.D.S.) degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association and the Central Arizona Dental Society.
The beautiful desert has been home to Dr. Cha for over 20 years. He currently resides in Phoenix with his wife, daughter, and a goldendoodle. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, reading, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Hello Everyone! My name is Dr. DeShondra N. Leonard. I grew up all over the U.S. and abroad due to my father serving in the U.S. Army. However, I spent most of my adolescent years in New Orleans, Louisiana, where I went on to graduate from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. I then set my eyes on pursuing a career in dentistry at Meharry Medical College in Nashville Tennessee. I graduated with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2012. Since graduating, I completed an AEGD residency program at Wichita State University in Wichita Kansas in 2013. Since then I have been an associate doctor at several practices in Houston, Texas for the last 7 years and treated babies as young as 6 months and all the way to 99. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging with my sorority sisters (Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc), staying active, traveling to find the best beaches in the world, and rooting for my hometown football team, The New Orleans Saints.
My passion for dentistry started around age 16 when I went to the orthodontist and got braces. The transformation in my self-esteem and confidence due to that experience impacted me in a way that made me want to have that lasting effect on people as well. Some of my best career experiences have been mission work in the Dominican Republic and Houston Texas where I have been able to provide dental care in communities that may not have access to healthcare. Although I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, Endodontics (root canal therapy) is my biggest passion. Helping my patients retain their natural teeth for many years and also eradicating pain and infection brings joy to me that can not be explained. It is my hope that when I meet you, youre left feeling like a member of my family.
Dr. Austin Shackelford is the 5th generation of his family to take part in the dental profession here in Phoenix, Arizona. After being born and raised in Arcadia, Dr. Shackelford went on to attend the University of Utah, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Latin and served as captain of the baseball team. He returned home for dental school and graduated in the top 5% of his class at ATSU Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Dr. Shackelford furthered his education by completing three years of specialty training in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City. Dr. Shackelford is excited to continue his family legacy and to provide optimal care to his patients using his strong foundation in general dentistry and his specialty training in the recognition, diagnosis, and management of oral diseases. Dr. Shackelford is a member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and is a fellow of The American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology. In his free time, he enjoys running, biking, and spending time with his wife, Carleigh, and their Australian Shepherd, Raine.
Dr. Swanson is a new resident of Arizona. After growing up in Rockford, Illinois, he attended the University of Illinois (Go Illini!) and majored in molecular and cellular biology. Following that, he completed dental school at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Finally, he made his way out to the southwest after completing a one-year post-graduate AEGD residency at the Zablocki Veterans hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Swanson loves the wide array of procedures encountered in general dentistry, and he thoroughly enjoys getting to know patients and making them as comfortable as possible during treatment. He is very adamant about patient education, taking time to show patients pictures and explain procedures and preventative measures that can improve oral health greatly for his patients.

I have terrible anxiety about dental work. Even a simple cleaning is nerve wracking. Nothing upsets me more or stresses me like having my teeth touched. Dr. Leonard is beyond kind, gentle, and patient. She's the only dentist that I have ever felt comfortable with, that lets me ask as many questions as I want, and I know that I won't have any pain. I've had a gingivectomy, new sealants, and two small cavities filled on my back morals that didn't have space in my mouth. I was totally comfortable and she gave me breaks to breathe and then continue. AMAZING WHOLE PATIENT CARE!!

Dr. Farnaz Dariush would not let me get a cavity filled without numbing - claiming that "ethically" she would need to numb me and go against my rights and wishes as a patient. She did not try anything after saying this, then left the room. 0/10 for bedside manner. 0/10 for ethical treatment of patients. Will not be seeing her ever again.

Attentive above and beyond. The whole team demonstrated experience and knowledge that I have never experienced before and they were so young! I was looking for a new office and I can't believe I found this place on first try. My last dentist is on the Az Board of Dentistry and I thought his office was amazing. This office uses cutting edge tools that were fast, convenient and gave more details in its imaging. Very progressive. Super friendly. I love this new dental team!

Arizona Biltmore Denistry is an amazing environment for your dental needs. They are very welcoming and provide state of the art denistry. Being new to the area they made me feel welcome and helped me to understand all options available to me. They also worked with my insurance to make sure everything was in order. They are amazing. Awesome Dentist! Took care of my husbands emergency dental issue. All of the Assistants were Great & very aware & accommodating making sure he was comfortable due to his failed back syndrome. Got him in immediately for tooth problem. Front office staff were very friendly & efficient. We would both highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs. I have visited this dental office a few times in the past year. Most of my visits were pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. At my last dentist's office, the employees would try to push specific brands on you as they were encouraged to - Ex. Not any electric toothbrush; it had to be the one they advertised. AZ Biltmore provided lots of helpful information and gave a few options of products that would work best for me. ***Sorry, when I mentioned "At my last dentist's office," I was referring to a previous dentist I used to see, not AZ Biltmore. I liked that you provided options and didn't push one specific brand. Thanks, and I look forward to visiting you all soon.

What a wonderful place to do business!! I had a temporary crown that had broke and fell off and was super sensitive.. I tried calling "this MY"dentist that put it on and the gal that answered said that someone would call me.. I called twice to no avail.... so I then called around (during the carona virus) AND (on a Fridayat noon) and got ahold of Biltmore Dentistry and they were able to get me in right away take care of that crown and noticed some other things that weren't told to me from my "other" dentist... I won't say there name as they just got "new owners" and I don't know what's going on but after the permanent crown is on from the chop shop I'm switching to Biltmore!!! Staff and the dentist are super friendly, kind and respectful! I felt 2 inches tall when I went there and left feeling 10 foot tall.. Thank You!!!

I had a 9 am appointment that i intended on going to but woke up with a fever and sore throat. I called up the office to cancel because of it at 7 AM (2 hours prior to appt) since i would rather let them know than show up ill and possibly get them sick. I DID NOT HAVE THIS YESTERDAY, which is why i didnt cancel yesterday. The lady on the phone tells me im getting hit with 75 dollar fee for canceling last minute. I asked if she prefer i go in with an active fever and she said "we have been calling to confirm appointment" which would not have made a difference because i woke up sick today. Its a shame. the dentists are great! but front desk is trash. I am not paying the late fee especially because i cancelled to be considerate of others health. Do better with your front desk staff.
