Originally from Tyler, TX, Dr. Sharma obtained his education at the New York University College of Dentistry. He is a Captain of the US Army, and also holds fellowships with both the American Academy of Implant Prosthetics and the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
Dr. Sharma is passionate about helping people. Be it his patients, staff,or his peers, he always goes the extra mile to help everyone around. He not only believes in catering to the dental needs of his patients, but also guides them on a personal, emotional,and mental level to improve their overall well-being.
Dr. Sharma established Arise Dental with the conviction that the outstanding dental care should be comfortable and affordable to everyone. Dr. Sharma believes in the ultimate goal of helping others. He and his wife, Dr. Deepika Mahant, privately assist employees in dire financial need.

Took my husband here to have his tooth pulled very nice and friendly place I recommend this dental place and I'll definitely be coming back to have my teeth done and more of my husband's as well best dental office in gilmer tx

The dental associates at Arise Dental were so nice and caring. They made sure that I was very comfortable throughout my entire visit. I don't particularly like going to the dentist, but the people at Arise Dental put my mind at ease. They explained everything that they were doing step by step so that I was calm and relaxed throughout the procedure. I feel much better after they extracted my broken tooth, and now I am pain free. They took my daughter in on the same day I called!! New Patient Registration was a breeze, the staff was amazing and so kind. The Dentist took her time to make sure my daughter was comfortable and at ease!! Now we are back for a consult to see if Invisialign is an option!! Yes!! The offer that and will possibly offer braces in the near future!!! Madison will be back!! Thank you all!!

WARNING !! BEWARE !! total waste of $50 especially when on a fixed income. Dr spent all of MAYBE 3 minutes talking to my husband then he sent young ladie in to tell him it would be over $7,000 to have teeth fixed. Also as a result of having things put in mouth for xrays his gums swelled up like balloons which just made his situation worse off and in more pain. Dont let the reviews and website fool you. Unless your your rich with really good insurance your better off suffering than waisting your time and money here.

I use to love this place until my sons last appointment. He has an infected tooth. They didn't call in a prescription for an antibiotic until I called them. And would not give him anything for pain. Even after I told them he can't eat sleep or work. And now I'm taking him to the er cause if he does eat he throws up.
