Always have a great experience here, they got me in early & out quickly so I could make it to work in time. Ke'Andra is the best, so thoughtful, funny and sweet! Highly recommend this place.

Dr. Johnson is a wonderful, skilled, kind, and efficient endodontist. After a long and strenuous road in trying to get a root canal, I finally have relief.

Worst office personal experience. My husband called and told the office personal that he was running ten minutes late. He was told no problem, he gets to the office the dental hygienists left for the day. No phone call to him saying so or anything. He was waiting in the waiting room for a half hour before telling him this. So disappointed in them especially after reading all the good reviews.

Very inconsiderate staff. I waited 4 months for an appointment and was turned around at the bridge by wallkill view Farms due to flooding from hurricane Ida. We called 20 minutes prior to the appointment to inform them we had to detour and would be just 10 minutes late. Nevertheless, they refused to offer full service with a half promise to see me next week or maybe 2 months more of waiting. They were happy to take my money for half an appointment with no guarantee when the other half would be, the part I really needed.

Although dental work is great, and worth the price, the customer service has room for improvement. This is definitely not a night shift friendly environment. Appointments are canceled via voicemail, without reasoning. And If you are a few minutes late, dentist will make you reschedule and will not try to accommodate. Most available appointments are between 10:45 am and 2:30 pm. Being a night shift RN, appointments in the middle of the day are times that sleep takes place. Point being, this is not a night shift friendly environment.

Drs and staff were very friendly even with all the craziness going on with COVID! I have always had bad teeth since I was a child and they didn't makes me feel bad or ashamed one bit! I left feeling good about myself and feeling good about the care and advice I had received! Recommend 100%

I can't attest to their services because their prices were insane compared to other reputable orthadontist. $150 for a 5 minute consultation alone was enough of a red flag for me. Edit: Apologies not an expert in who does what in the dental profession. It's not orthadontist it's oral surgion or periodontist. The fact remains I paid $150 for a 5 minute looksey to see if implants were possible and that is ridiculous. Not hating on this possibly wonderful clinic for those who can afford it; however, get a price quote before you consider a walk in because it WILL be costly.

I moved to New Paltz from Florida about a year ago and admittedly hadn't been to the dentist in a while. I decided to go to Ariel Dental for a cleaning because it's close to my house and saw that they had really great reviews. My dental hygienist, Lizzette, was very kind and helpful. She did a great cleaning. I met Dr. Harrelson, who seems to be new with the practice, and really liked how personable and knowledgeable he is. I needed to have 2 cavities filled, so I came back today. Dr. Harrelson did an outstanding job. I felt NOTHING, not even the numbing shot. He talked me through the whole procedure and was gentle and thorough. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Harrelson and Ariel Dental for my dental healthcare moving forward!
