Dr. Ariani is THE BEST dentist ever!! I've been going to him for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! He is a highly skilled professional that truly cares about his patients. The entire staff is warm and welcoming! They are caring, competent and actually remember their clients by name. Mariela is kind and incredibly knowledgeable regarding insurance questions, services at the office and the products they sell. She also does a great job scheduling your visit based on your availability. I would highly recommend Desirable Smiles to everyone including those of you that are afraid or hesitant to go to the dentist. They are phenomenal! Definitely 5 stars!!

Doctor M. Ariani and his team is amazing! From the front desk ( she is super sweet and helpful) to the technician! I feel the warmth, care, compassion and most importantly my teeth are taken care of with low cost and highest quality of service! Huge respect to this people! Dr. Ariani performed a pre-deep cleaning on my teeth I feel my pain is gone the next day. He works with great doctors I got my root canal from his referral which was super smooth even though I had 90 degree curved roots and no one wanted to touch it! Appreciations Dr. Ariani!

With confidence I can say that Dr. Ariani is without a doubt among the best doctors on all the Mid-Atlantic. He's always very informative, assertive and detail oriented. The very first thing I noticed, was cleanse of the office, which they fallow CDC rolls and regulations. Dr Ariani has excellent way of treating his parents, his bedside manner is outstanding. For pass 15 years we are his patients, and always left his office with smile. Staff of his office are very friendly and helpful, our hygienist was very professional and in detail.

My family has been with Dr Ariani for almost 3 years and we are extremely happy with him. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and is very specific with his recommendations. He goes out of his way to help his patients: looked at our 10 yr old sons x-rays and teeth for free (as a second opinion). Never up sells his service. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Ariani is an amazing dentist and a great person. Every time I come in I know I'm in good hands. He takes the time to explain what is going on every step of the way. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable. His approachable personality and fun sense of humor make it easy to ask him any questions or concerns you have. The office staff are wonderful and professional! I would highly recommend this office!

I had to visit Dr. Ariani on an emergency appointment. He and his staff were very accommodating, as usual, and graciously took care of my immediate need. This is their usual. Their office is always immaculate, clean and welcoming. Their service is next to no other. When I arrive for my appointment, I usually don't get to sit in the waiting room, I'm generally immediately escorted to the service room. And, they get right to business. In and out and never rush with the right results.

This is THE BEST dentist I have ever been to. I've been to a lot of dentists over the years and I've never met one like Dr. Ariani. You can tell he is genuine with his patients. He is very personable, and always try to make you as comfortable as possible. I've had my wisdom teeth removed and felt zero pain during the extraction and it only took seconds! Incredible skills. Dr. Ariani also tries to explain everything he's doing with you during the process so you understand what is going on. The staff at the office were also super nice people. Overall, I felt being cared for and welcomed. Highly recommend.
